I agree with your experience with Audi; My TT was part of a class action lawsuit regarding failed timing belts; the part is supposed to be changed at 105,000 miles; at 51,000 miles it "needs to be replaced"; $1,200 worth of work. The dealer can/will do nothing and Audi refuses to address it, even though there is a history of problems. No more Audis for me; i don't want to to own a product that requires a lawsuit to fix a problem. And, the Audi customer service and service reps hide; there is no way to contact one directly or even find a name. But, I am getting even: I just convinced 2 people to buy other brands, and will continue to do so. I would MUCH rather say "WOW I had a problem but Audi service was AWESOME" but instead I say "Cool car...horrible and expensive and unresponsive service"
That explains the recent almost last place in quality rankings..HELLOOO...anyone awake at Audi??
