I work in the industry and had an at fault accident. Today I called and couldn't get a live person. I tried 4 different adjusters all straight to VM. Even when I tried to press 0 it just went back to VM. I called back to your customer service depart. She was very nice but couldn't help me but said she would try to get me to a live person. She tried for 15 minutes including instant messages to people. For 15 she apologized about not being able to help me. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN! Since I work in the industry I know how busy it gets and don't usually get upset. However it is pathetique that in an entire company not one person could take a call. I looked up the company rating on yelp and couldn't believe that you got 2 out of 5. You don't deserve 1. I thought that your company didn't answer phone calls from other insurance companies but now I know you don't discriminate. The service is awful no matter who you are!
