I called McAfee on 06/07/16 to ask about a problem I was having with a new laptop I'd just given my daughter as a HS graduation present, she was with me at the time of the call. I spoke to Ravi (he wouldn't give me his employee number). I informed him that the laptop was showing that the free trial had already expired before we even bought it. Once Ravi understood my question he started asking why am I calling him and wasting his time. I told him I was trying to determine if my issue is with McAfee, Asus or Amazon, but instead of answering my question he kept asking why am I wasting his time and was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said he was the supervisor, so I asked to speak to a manager. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone unless I told him why I wanted to talk to them. I told him that I would contact Corporate HQ and he called me a piece of s--t twice and told me to f--k off... then hung up. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the treatment I received in front of my daughter. I've been a loyal McAfee customer for the past 5 years. I would like to be contacted to speak to someone about this matter. Thank You, Kenneth Carnes
