This complaint is regarding your staff, not your product. I've had my Hoover Windtunnel (Model # UH70210) for over 5 years; it has served me well. Last week the retractable cord rewind got stuck. I called the 800 # in my manual. After listening to a poor choice of music for over 15 minutes, Venessa (I had to ask for her name) says "how can I help you". Her tone of voice and attitude truly should not represent your company. She referred me to a local repair shop

Now on the bright side ... I called the ph #, immediately a welcoming voice identified her self as "Megan". She was very professional and personable. If you recognize your employees for "A JOB WELL DONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE", please do so for Megan.
