This is the worst customer service experience I may have ever encountered. I've been a loyal Shutterfly customer for years, but will no longer be. I ordered my holiday cards in November. The guaranteed delivery date has long since passed. I've been on hold for hours with customer service 866#, live chat, and customer service emails. No one can tell me what the status of my order is. Every interaction I have results in a different story as to the status of my order. "Yes it is made. No it isn't. Call this #, because we have no information. It will be delivered this date. You have guaranteed overnight shipping. No you don't." I have wasted approximately 10 hours in total waiting to connect with people for answers on a simple order. Still no results. Shutterfly used to be great - it is no more. Find an alternate provider.
