Spent an hour on the phone with a man who had no idea what number to call to reactivate my pgone after telling him repeatedly about 17 times actually, that the number he had given me didnt work he thwn proceded to tell me to retry the NUMBER AGAIN and of course did not work he then put me on hold to speak with a manager. (Which didn't have tome to talk to me to resolve the problem) after taking my service card number, he hung up! I called back got connected to elaborate woman who then told me my service card was activate to another account and instead of trying to help or get a manger she repeatedly said sorry, but there is nothing we can do now. So lost out on my 50$ and service plan. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
