it is totally frustrating to call a company and have to go through 5 minutes of pressing buttons hoping you get to the right one...without making a mistake, because you will have to listen all over again...hoping you don't make another mistake..because then it starts all over again. I think we should have the RIGHT as CUSTOMERS... to be able to TALK TO A HUMAN .as OUR FIRST CHOICE....when we call in with PROBLEMS ...THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THAT YOU HAVE A COMPANY.... WITHOUT US..THE CUSTOMER.. THERE IS NO SPRINT...BOOST.. OR ANY OTHER COMPANY..OF ANY KIND.. SO..COMPANIES SHOULD REDO ALOT OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKE IT ALOT MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...
