This is the second worst room I ended up in using priceline. When the front desk informed us that the room was a smoking room we didn't complain (how bad could it be). What they failed to mention was the whole floor was a smoking area. As soon as the elevator doors open it smelled like a cheap cigar bar. While I know it is a discount service it shouldn't mean cheap and ratty, especially for a 3 star hotel. There were bugs, Beatles, spiders, and a smaller black type I don't want to know what they are and the room was dirty and the carpet was sticky. This room was definitely not worth the $181 we paid for two nights and since using this service we weren't able to get a refund we were stuck. I will not ever use this service again. Shame on priceline for bad service, shame on this hotel for misrepresenting its stars, and shame on me for falling for it again. Good customer and quality service is obviously not a priority for either Priceline or Holiday Inn
