I am a frequent flyer of Ek airlines. Sometimes I have already collect reasonable miles to used or buy some items using my miles and it works. During the early time of EK in europe the service in all angles is very good. Last month I used my miles plus pay extra cash and order an item, they right away took my miles get the payment and till now, its already a month ago and I haven't have my item. I try to contact thier service center in Switzerland and they said they are not reponsible about it. Its in Lativia who must handle my item. The problem in Lativa there is no way to get in touch of any person only e-mails saying sorry for the delay and tones of different tracking no. Wich is all not working. Normal deliver time is within 10days. Its more than a month now and I haven't recieved what I paid for. I hope Etihad will still send my item. Na ja it is always the same when a company start it is always very good. When it expand they loose track on may good services they have before.
