United Airlines is the worst airlines to deal with, fly with. There is no customer service, just a bunch of rude people who hate their jobs and you for bothering them with requests and information they have none of or even care to find out. The most I got when asked why my husband was flagged to have to go to the ticket counter and add to his travel time, was I don't know and there is nothing that can be done about it. that was it, I asked for a supervisor was told by Ms Lewis, she was one and they don't have any answers and there is nothing that can be done about it. My question now is why does anyone fly with this horrible company and allow them to stay in business. When I shared my past horror stories I've experienced dealing with United with others, they all at least have one to share too regarding their horrible experience with this company. Shame on you United.
