I called them for a simple problem with my new software not responding and the expert managed to get me stuck in safe mode and deleted all my new software. He could not re install it. I was told I had to wait for a call back from some level two customer service expert. That was four days ago. Brand new computer, brand new software I should have zero issues now I have a big issue that was because of their mistake. They have provided zero solutions. I was asked to wait for a call back that is not a solution. This should not happen with a big company like Microsoft. They can't transfer calls within departments. My case, I was told was maybe assigned to someone not in the office. Really they are going to assign a customer to a person who is not even there to resolve the issue. It should have fixed within the hour, I should not still be waiting.
