Dec 7, 2013 I ordered a phone from Cricket. On Dec 10th Cricket double chged me for the one phone. I called cricket and they said they would look into it cause they didnt have any record of the second chg. Well I called again and again and kept getting bounced from the pmt/acct dept to the on processing dept, each saying it was the other dept that could help me. After a wk of this every day, at least 2-3 hrs each time, the overchg on my acct generated a NSF fee of $36. I again tried to get cricket to correct thier mistake but got the same result. Cricket just blatently refused to correct this. This cost me a total of $82 in NSF fees and an overdraft prot fees. I quess I just have to pay for their mistake because they refused to do it. UNBELIEVABLE AND COMPLETELY SO WRONG!
I will be looking for a different carrier for this reason and am out $82. Doesn't seem like Cricket cares just wants thier pmt on time or they will terminate your service no questions asked. Just don't ask them to correct thier mistakes if it cost you and made them some money. I was in tears the last call to Cricket after the 2nd week into the 3rd hour of trying to get this corrected.
