I recently downloaded Kaspersky Internet 2014. When I called for help I was speaking to someone in probably India. I called back and actually got a rep in Canada. She even took my number in case we were disconnected. With her help I downloaded the program. When I was going to do an update by accessing the little K in the right hand corner of the computer I noticed that the clock was off by hours on my computer and off by a day and hours on my laptop. Received e-mails with fix but it did not fix. Today, 1/3/14, after waiting about 20 mins I was speaking to a tech who definitely was in India. She said she could not take a phone no. in case we were cut off (I told her I did have a call back). In the end she asked me to send reports from an e-mail she sent me. While I still had her on the phone, I requested her help and then after a bit she said she could not stay on the line. I told her that was asinine as she was technical support and was supposed to be there to help customers. Still no fix and definitely a horrible customer service experience. They need to get back to having tech support in the US where you can not only understand the tech but also get better attention then what these people are supplying.
