The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I cannot tell if it is the wait time or the ignorance of the people once you get them on the phone that is worse. Held for 45 minutes to reach someone in billing, someone from customer service answers and tells me that they will transfer me to billing, but since they have no direct transfer system I may have another extended wait time. another 45 minutes...no one answered, gave up.
Tried again 2 hours later, have been on hold for 45 minutes. no answer.
