I have problem on EM, customer service told me their not gonna intertain my problem unless I have to pay a premium of $149.99, so I did pay that amount. According to them i just gonna watch them how fixing my computer because they have them in control then they transfer me on their technical support, TS let me press, that hold down that, turn on turn off, but nothing was resolve. I feel their TS don't even know what he is doing. Since they never fix my problem I ask if I can refund my money, they said it's not possible . I ask them to transfer me on the dept that handle the acct. They said they don't have access. I ask a number that handle the acct. They don't know or they have that number. It end up that I just waste my money paying them w/ out their service. I promise nobody I'm my family gonna buy again their product/service. I'll pray and I wish this company go buncraft.
