I have a 2006 audi A3 2.0T The engine light came on. I took it into the dealer. It ended up being the Camshaft and High presure fuel pump. The cost before tax $2,686.75. The car has 70,000 miles and it is time for the timing belt and water pump to be changed the price on that is $1,978.75. After doing alot of research I have found out this camshaft and high prisure fuel pump is a manufactor defect. I spoke with Brad Holster from the corporate office with audi. He said it was not covered. He did not seem concerned at all about my problem. I will never purchase a AUDI never. I will tell all my friends and family how Audi treat their customers!!!
