you would think that they wouldnt leave a package right in front of the house for anyone to come by and steal it. this happened twice. they just tell you to contact the sender and have them resend it. they don't let you put a notice on their website so they can put it where it would be safe (like the side door) etc. FED EXPRESS SUCKS!!!!

Need to speak to a customer service rep.
Took 4 times to get them to supposedly put me through. When they finally did - I got a recording that says "call cannot be completed as dialed" "number is not inservice."

please stress to all bax handlers that when they drop or throw boxes of LIVE PLANTS, they disturb the plants from within the cells they are in, cause leaf breakage and otherwise create major problems for the customer to resolve!!!

will never use fedex again my package was delivered to wrong address and never found im out $300.00 and cant get custamer service try to call and it just hangs up on me. i am very unhappy about this and i am contacting a lawyer for this im not playing around no more, i think you should close your doors your service sucks.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Was supposed supposed to be signed for. So aren't you supposed to have an ID available to take package?! WTF it's not th first time this BS has happened. I made sure to order it after the holidays so it shouldn't have been hard to deliver to the right address. This FedEx home deliver

They left a "tried to pick up" note on the door saying they were here at 3pm. I was here at 3pm, they weren't. Pickup rescheduled for next business day between 2-4pm. Waited until 4:35 - nothing. No note on the door today either. Today - tearing the FedEx label off of my package and calling a different carrier. Will never use FedEx again.

800-463-3339 has been unreachable 97% of all attempts made during the last three weeks. Each attempt has consisted of between two and ten successive dials, with the result being an ACD picking up, and indicating transferring to a customer service rep., only to go to busy signal and eventual line disconnect.

Unacceptable.

Federal Express is inept in meeting it's obligation. Sent package 2- day delivery on December 20th. Was on truck for delivery on Saturday 12-22 and return to Fed Express facility undelivered "not due for delivery". Again on truck Monday 12-24; returned to facility that evening " beyond control". Again this morning on truck and has been returned to facility "local delivery restricted delivery not attempted". Ridiculous. Should have -- and will always in future-- use postal service. Checked with intended recipient and had UPS and postal deliveries of boxes on days Fed Ex FAILED to deliver. Should be renamed Failure Express!

We had a package that was to be delivered today. Arrived in town Saturday and scheduled for today. Call last night reminding us because it required a signature. Waited all day. Finally at 9PM called and they said that it couldn't be delivered because of load. Wasted a full day waiting at home.
