I have a cadence 250 DR that is going on 22 years old I have used it 5 days a week it has all the original parts belt and motor and still works absolutely fine

Hi I was given a weslo cadence G 40 theadmill. It didn't have a manual with it. I found a manual online can you sende one ? Also the online manual says not to use silicone oil on the waking deck stating that it would damage the pre lube deck.its a old thread mill shouldn't I lube it? If no one silicone oil what do I use to apply to the running deck thread ? And where do I buy it ? I plan on keeping this nice threadmill and buying parts when needed from your company. Please reply id like to start using it this coming week. Thankyou and God Bless Always
Customer service is terrible. We bought a new Weslo Pursuit bike and the display does not work. We have spent hours on hold every day for five days and still have not solved our problem. Finally got a call back today, but found out that we need to be in front of the bike to take a picture and down load the app to find the problem. Problem is we cannot be sitting home all day to wait for a telephone response. Based on customer comments no one is happy with the service. Had I known this, I would have never purchased a weslo product. I will let others know so they do not make fee same mistake.
I'm going to be brief and to the point. Bought the Weslo cadence G 5.91 during shipment the box came mangled. Needless to say parts were cracked abs tweaked. Emailed complaint and received replacement parts. But the parts replaced have the wiring going all thru them and it's very complicated to require it. Especially with no manual or assembly direction for that particular replacement that involves all the wiring. I don't see how u expect a person woman or man to change those parts out knowing it's dealing with the whole wiring system. Really?? Do u not have a technician that can come and assemble it who knows what he is doing. This is very stressful to just ship these parts out knowing what they entail. Thankyou and would appreciate some good news.
I Am Very Upset With Weslo. I Purchased A Weslo Crosswalk 5.2t. It Is A Fabulous Treadmill. Well Made, Super Installation Instructions And A Big Note Stating Your Smart Treadmill Is Currently Locked. It Will Not Start Until You Go To Ifit.com/activate.
This Is A Giant Lie...let Me Repeat Lie. Weslo, You Know It's A Lie. After An Hour Searching Because I Knew I Was Not The First With This Problem. The Answer Is To Use It In Manual Mode Just Hold Down The Stupid Ifit Button For 30 Seconds And It Works Fine. You Are Doing A Disservice To Your Loyal Customers. Weslo is terrible. They don't email back and their phone line is horrendous. We needed to get our treadmill fixed (purchased the extended warranty thank God) but it takes a while to get the replacement parts and a person has to come out and fix the treadmill. His schedule is weird and he's only available weekdays (when normal people work!). So stupid. Just don't buy from Weslo.

Not a good experience. asked for assembly of my new treadmill. Somebody called and said they would be here on December 15 between 8 and 9 am. and left a phone number to call and confirm. I called the number and there was no option to leave a message to confirm the appointment. I called several times with no result. I call the 800 number for help and all the receptionist could say is that she would have the technician call me. so far no call from the technician. I believe i will return the treadmill and find a different place to buy a treadmill.
