I agree with you, jribear1. I haven't received the notice (yet, anyway) that I'm allowed only a certain number of items in my dock, but a lot of things that used to be available to all members are now Deluxe only. I remember the old days when everyone was simply a member. There weren't "classes" of membership, with some being better than others. It's too bad.

Did anyone try to buy something from the w-shop and get the new message that you can only have a limited number of items in your dock? Did anyone try and buy a new room only to be told that you can only have a limited number of rooms. I found that we are only aloud 2 rooms. That is if we don't go Deluxe. Why do they feel that they need to keep taking away from people that purchased their product to do a lot of things that they keep taking away. It is one thing to add new things that require Deluxe; but to take away stuff we already "paid" for is not the right way to do business.

My issue with the gift box was partially resolved. I received the rocking horse I had requested as a gift. I haven't received the other gift items that were reportedly given as gifts on Christmas day, but at least I got a response. I appreciate that.

Ganz/Webkinz: I think your customer service is non-existent. I think you preach ethics and integrity and practice greed and indifference.

It's 1/3/14 and I still haven't received my gift box or Christmas request for the rocking horse. I've sent two separate ticket requests and just completed my second email. No response from Ganz. It seems like the issue of the missing gift boxes has been resolved for almost everyone (but me), because all recent comments have indicated the gift box was received. I have been outspoken about the "Deluxe" push by Ganz - could this be why? I don't know. I only know I did everything I needed to do to get a gift box and as of now, have been ignored. In response to the question about buying a plush to become "Deluxe", I don't think that does it. I think "Deluxe" memberships cost additional money regardless of how many pets you buy.

I am so mad! I tried adopting my black cat, and it logged me off! Went back on, dumb mrs birdy said there was something wrong with my code! Now it's 8:30 and I can't call the idiots!!!!!! >:(

I would NEVER recommend anyone buying any kind of membership to this company.
What a total scam, for kids who are innocent, and just want a nice fun and educational game to play thats age appropriate and clean.
I purchased several memberships for years now, and all this company wants is more $$$$$$$$$
First, there is NO customer service. so don't buy into this. Go spend your money on club penguin, they are live....
Second, they lure you in buying a membership saying you get more games for deluxe memberships, then after a year they take all those games away , then charge you to buy into a different membership
Third, many users overload their website so your poor kid gets so frustrated waiting and waiting to log on just to have a 'please wait" post for hours.
Fourth, the games freeze all the time.
Fifth, half the time you can't even get past the log in.
So, bottom line I would sue this company but it's not worth my time.
False advertisement and BS on all their policies.
Don't give them your credit card, they will charge it every six months, but make it next to impossible to find a way to cancel. You can't call them because they have no customer service.
They just want your money.

Hi ive been on webkinz since i was 10 years old, now i am 16, i used to play this game non stop it was the best thing in the world, i recently went back on after not playing it for a year, i must say i am so dissapointed to no end, you have turned into one of those propaganda piece sites, you have to pay to play the best games!! i have paid for all of my pets and i have 9 of them and i still cant play polar plunge or ant mania or the monkey game! i allways said i hope webkinz stays alive forever so my kids can have my webkinz already with a bunch of money and pets! but now im just genuinly dissapointed! i cannot believe you guys are freaking doing this, its unbelieable! the games were the best part, you should be ashamed of what you have done with this! i hope people stop using your now cheap piece of POOP website that used to be so much fun and entrataining, i hope you guys know how awful the whole situaton is. im never going to recommend this ever to anyone again unless you put it back to the way it was your customers are going to decrease and stop.

its not only me who feels this way my 11 year old sister thinks this, it sais alot if an 11 year old is also saying this

Dear Webkinz,

I do not like how you changed the Forgot Password option for Secret Code. Last time when I forgot my password it was easy because all I had to do was type in my username and then the secret code. Now you've added a required field for Name, Birthday, and E-mail. I forgot what I had put in when I had registered. Please change the settings. I want to play with my pets again.

I'm a big fan of webkinz! And when I herd you guys are going to stop making signatures my heart broke. I have 90 something webkinz and out of all those I have only 3 signatures. I was going to start saving money to buy more signatures but I can't now! Now because time goes by so fast and in that time is sadness! I almost cryed when I heard you guys were going to stop making them! Kids still need them I still need them! When you take something away its like taking air away and you will never get it back! I'm pretty dissappointed that Webkinz has now made Deluxe have more advantages.
Very sad. It used to be just getting a few items more, now it is going to corrupt the website. For shame.

I've purchased my last Webkinz. Everything with my computer is working great, except logging on to the Webkinz site. To make a comment or ask a question I need to log in. Since that is not possible, I can't contact them to get any satisfaction. I've not been very happy with some other things about Webkinz lately, now this is the last straw.

A couple days ago i was banned from the webkinz kinz chat plus clubhouse. I was with another webkinz and we were asking each other questions about each other like our favorite food, webkinz plush, etc. we weren't giving out any personal information. while we were talking i was banned for 36 days. I have also been banned several other times for no reason, but only for a short period of time. I'm starting to get frustrated. Is there any way you could unbann me??

I've tried on multiple times to get someone to help me. I have spent a ton of money on this stuff. If I don't log in (it seems) on a daily basis it will tell me that my username and password does not match their records and that I have to go to the customer support page. But, because it says my information is wrong, I can't use the customer support page. I have this issue all the time with this website, you can't get a hold of anyone when you call, and if you do, they just refer you back to the contact support page. This is ridiculous, I'm getting tired of having to spend hours on end trying to get someone to actually help me. I spent a pretty good amount of money on these pets, I would like to actually use the site without always having issues.

my friend charlotte is writing to you because someone practicly scammed her. she went into the club house and she went in the trading room and she trade with a white bunny named sunny. and sunny wanted to trade a bunny tv and charlotte liked so she gave her an exclusive super bed so then charlotte clicked ready to trade then the girl changed the tv into stupid kiwi and comfired so charlotte ended up getting dumb kiwi for an exclusive bed.DO YOU THINK THAT IS FAIR???

I find it laughable that Webkinz is congratulating itself on occasionally making available to regular members Arcade games that used to be theirs to play any day, any time. Several months ago Webkinz locked out many games as Deluxe only. Now the company is announcing that "everyone" can play the "Game of the Day", even if the game is "Deluxe". They act like this is a big favor to regular members. Do they think we've forgotten they were the ones who locked regular members out of the games in the first place? How disappointing - a company that should be teaching kids to resist pressure is doing everything in its power to push Deluxe memberships.

I can't login, becasue i forgot my password and when i try to enter the email in to send me my password it says it's wrong and my code is at home and i wont be home until 7 days. So what do i do?

Your customer service is terrible. I am a deluxe member and I have not received my gift for july 1. I can not contact anyone by phone, and it is not possible to report an issue. I have spent many $$$ and also bought 3 additional deluxe memberships. I did enjoy playing but HARLDY woth it. Every time the update their system they screw something else up. DUMB Technicians I guess.
POOR, POOR SERVICE.
