This is the absolute worst customer service line I have ever been on. I am an employer and can't get through to the retail department. They say they will transfer me and send me right back to the auto attendant that doesn't have the right selections. VERY FRUSTRATING.

The stock screener online in my account is horrible and not useful. Dividends are only up to 3% plus. Then the 1000 plus stocks listed below has no dividend information and many do not even give out dividends. You truly need to fix the stock screener. $533000 in my IRAs self brokerage account. This is unusable, ugly, inaccurate, and NEEDS fixed ASAP. Wellsfargo had a useful, beautiful, accurate screener. Vanguard needs to see both screeners and replace the stock screener. Thank you. I am very disappointed in Vanguard about this issue.

The wait time to talk with a Vanguard associate takes way to long. Their customer service sucks!

Vanguard appears to be permanently out-to-lunch in Minnesota. Why doesn't it stop pretending to be here?

I have been trying to withdraw money from my 403b for a hardship loan. I have been out of work for a month with out pay due to surgery, i was told this would be no problem, I have sent everything in that I was asked to send in, and still am having issues. I understand this is a 403b, but I never should have been told there would nit be an issue to do this.. VERY AGGRAVATED...

We had a Michelin 401 K / retirement account Transferred to Edward and Jones and you coded with the wrong code and now we owe the IRS $12,000. We have not been able to get anyone to fix this. we was told that since it was sent directly to them there is nothing you can do. I need help with this and if this is how you do business that is a real problem. We will be calling tomorrow again to get this fixed. My lawyer will be contacting next.

Had an appointment to talk to an advisor today at 1pm. Advisor never called - I called them back and asked cust. rep. (Jim McD) why they didn't call me? His answer was that my case was closed in their system?? Tried to re-scedule another appt. - was told by rep. I had to wait 10 days to get another call back. When I told this idiot I would be shopping my $750k investment to other companies while they took their time getting back to me, he actually said to me "threats won't get you a quicker call back". Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

what code do you want? I called phone # on statement and was asked for code twice and then you (vanguard) hung up. what happened to your service? why can't I reach my accounts. you people used to be helpful.

vanguard concierge service sounds great but, rep was not able to answer simple questions. I called them about my 401k acct thru my employer, my first contact with vanguard directly. the person who answered sounded like it was the first day on the job, now this person is my main contact I was hoping when I called back I would get someone else that is not how it works how do I get someone who actually knows something. where do I complain other than these boards. I want to flee vanguard and find another co.

I have experienced very poor customer service with Vanguard. Their associates have repeatedly messed up my purchases and withdrawls. It is so bad that I am still trying to get a problem from mid 2012 resolved and it is now Jan. 2013. It is impossible to get a supervisor on the line. They are constantly putting me on hold. Incompitence and poor software systems seem to be the norm there.

Vangurad is the best investment company, I really like their corprate structure, being an at cost provider. Their participant service department gave great customer service. Would recomend to any investor.

I would not do business with Vanguard. These people took money out of my personal account and made me loose money, made head aches, and stayed on hold for hours st a time. When you ask for a manager, no one is around to take your call. Vanguard has a bunch of hillbilly coal crackers working at their call centers. They messed up on my accounts and now they expect me to fix their mistake. When these people took too much money out or took money out when told not too, they are charging me with their mistakes. One telemarketer admitted that Vanguard inaccurately disbursed funds in error. She also stated that they apologize for any inconvenience. They are demanding that I help them fix their mistake. I look at it like this, if Vanguard never messed this up to beging with, there would be nothing to fix. I say to them too bad so sad. Maybe next time they will be much more carefull when handeling customers accounts.
