Just got off the phone with Sub-Zero customer service and they were fantastic so I felt compelled to write a review my first...couldn't ask for a better experience

On Jan.22,2016 Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital replaced the CONDENSER FAN MOTOR. We we invoiced and paid a total $ 347.59. Part was $ 139.25 , Labor $ 182.00 and Sales Tax $ 26.34.The time involved for this task was less than one hour. I called ARH and questioned the LABOR CHARGE as i felt it was EXCESSIVE for the time it took to replace the defective item. I was told they don't charge by the time, but by the task involved and some standard book rate for the task regardless of the time involved. Do you not agree that $ 182.00 is unreasonable> Are you aware of this practice? If you are in favor of this practice I certainly would not recommend your products to others. Company is located

Trying to make contact with a real person is impossible.
Every sub zero number I called I was put on hold and after
9 minutes, I gave up. I have four sub zero refrigerators and they'll be my last, service impossible
