I called Windom about my account, and got it all straighten out, then they referred me to RCI customer service. I am I did not hear the gentleman's name, given the information to inquire the states. He remarked that I was flag, I told him it was lifted but He said will not take affect for at least four days or even 7 working days. I asked him to look to see if some thing was availability He reapplied not possible this was the rules. Well his attitude was terrible, so I got what I need on the web sites any way, I believe He just wanted to be rude. Your service really stinks.

Very hard to contact someone/ Are they making so much money that the just don't care? You are always on hold forever. I think the reason is because they are always screwig up/

I was in Las Vegas this week and had the opportunity to do a timeshare visit. I have to say it was a less than enjoyable experience. Prior to this I've thought of doing timeshare for tax purposes. I felt like I was being force feed a program that not only didn't fit me but was poorly delivered. Still with this discussion I saw great potential.

I thought I might leave this message with the hope of being contacted and offering some constructive criticism.

Staying at Biloxi leg range. A non smoking facility which everyone was smoking. The entire first floor smells like smoke. The employees sit 2 feet from the only door to the pool and smoked. I was called a "pain in the but" because we wanted the blinds , which were all torn apart. Many things wrong with the apartment. We came into the room during a storm and the living room window was leaking. Not drips, but like an open faucet. As the water was flooding in, we were told there was nothing they could do until the next day! They stuffed towels in the window sill and floor. Rude, horrible people. Run down. Number Biloxi Mississippi.

Don't go there.

The Numbers you have listed are not corporate office numbers. They are for the weeks and points time shares. These numbers are no help when you are not allowed to talk with a supervisor as the employees call them. The employees have to email the Supervisors and then the Supervisor will contact you back-the supervisor does not call back so you continue to go through the process of calling again and again with the same result. Is there anyone who knows how to contact the Corporate office to speak with the top to let them know there process sucks.
Very disappointed in this type of non service

The RCI cruise and resort vacation certificates are a SCAM. They end up costing more than if you booked the cruise, hotels, or resorts on your own!! Very limited choices especially with the hotels. They contract with the most expensive hotels, so you end up paying anywhere form $500-700 more to stay 3 nights!!!! Even had an agent disagree as to what type of certificate I had. Only the cruise department was helpful- but only after I found the cruise I wanted and they just booked it. The hotel/resort respresentatives are not knowledgeable or limited in what they can offer. DO NOT BUY THESE CERTIFICATES.

I just received a phone call from RCI and due to financial situations we are not interested in renewing our RCI membership. When the sales person identified himself from RCI I simply said I can save both of us some time. He said "GO AHEAD AND HANG UP YOU FRIGAN A$$HOLE". Wow great customer service to. I'm still waiting to speak with someonbe in this department 30 minutes.

I just spoke with Bill at RCI very nice and patient. He was sooooo helpful. I hate calling RCI but Bill was just great!!!!

It's tough to use my points that I have saved up for the last three years if I have a silly maintenance charge on my account. U would think I forgot to pay something but before I took off for Europe for two months, I have triple checked with rci that all my ducks were in a row. I had to call them back at less twice, as a matter of fact, to make sure they added my points from previous years. Simple math one would think. So I'm pretty sure this little hiccup is on their end and I'm out of luck on a vacation spot because of this stupid charge. So maybe we should get a phone number that actually gets answered. This is the third time I have tried to reach someone in reference to the following:
I have misplaced the deed to our paid condo with Summer Bay---someone needs to answer me as to where do I go or who can help me get another deed. PLEASE is there no-one to help me.

No email contact information is provided. The phone number results in 30+ minutes of wait time, and service reps that transfer you as soon as possible, resulting in another 30 minutes of waiting. The "deposit calculator" does not work at all. The only way to find deposit value of float weeks is to wait on hold.

I wished to use RCI exchange services and was told my membership was cancelled due to non- payment of dues. Something wrong here. I was never sent a billing for dues, nor was I ever told I was in arrears. If RCI wants my custom they can get back to me.This is disgusting treatment.

TERRIBLE website that freezes, phone service is horrible. Do not join RCI. Believe me they are a corrupt company full of bullies. I know people that were fired from there and the management is prejudiced, racist and NASTY!!!!
