I called Windom about my account, and got it all straighten out, then they referred me to RCI customer service. I am I did not hear the gentleman's name, given the information to inquire the states. He remarked that I was flag, I told him it was lifted but He said will not take affect for at least four days or even 7 working days. I asked him to look to see if some thing was availability He reapplied not possible this was the rules. Well his attitude was terrible, so I got what I need on the web sites any way, I believe He just wanted to be rude. Your service really stinks.
