I have been chatting and emailed two weeks about my issue a get a bot transfers me to a Paying service I will not pay for the lossed of all passwords on my phone that dashlane lossed and an email from Frankie staying that they were restored to where NOT On my phone where it was requested

thanks for trying charge me money for a problem you created. I will shout it out online. I hate this kind of thing, and I am still messed up because of Dashlane.

Absolutely non exsistant under any circumstances. I have been hacked and think Dashlane has coup-able responsibility. I can't even shut my account down.

Dashlane claims it is the only password you will ever need to remember and that Premium customers get responsive service. Not true. My iphone's screen became unreadable and not repairable because I am abroad. I tried to access Dashlane from another computer, but it would not allow access without verification through my email -- which was also unaccessible because I was storing its password on Dashlane. The company has no phone support. I have been writing them for days about the problem and getting responses from their "support" personnel that are totally unresponsive to the problem. It is literally like they are brain dead. I appears that I am going to have to travel a thousand miles to get the phone fixed in order to solve the problem and, if I had lost the phone, I would be totally out of luck in obtaining my passwords. This program is horrific! This is a totally terrible company.

I cannot make an assessment of Customer Service/Support as I have never been able to contact them but it appears to be non exsistant. If there is anyone out there I have a query.The "change password" Button seems to be inoperative. Please advise the method of changing password to a password selected by Dash lane. Reply to my email address please. Geoffrey Earlam

I have premium, was looking at business. There is no support, chat support is kindergarten level at best. wasted money on 3 year plan, save yourself, premium gets you nothing, not what you paid for,

Dashlane has not phone support available. Only e-mail support. I have been waiting 3 days for Dashlane to answer my last request. They have ignored my requests. I have just the free version. I am still thinking of filing a complaint because they have just not answered my e-mails for support. I was thinking of getting the paid premium service, but if they are going to have the attitude to ignore my free help requests, I would not trust them for the paid service.
