They don't stand behind their products. Customer Service reps won't return e mails.
I have a Mustang 11 steering rack that leaked in the first year .The store won't do anything because even though they know I bought it there, the bill went missing and they claim they cannot find it in their records given the date and amount. They won't do anything in Brighton Ontario.
Numerous calls to Car quest and even Advance Auto Parts management got me nowhere, even after they said they would honour the LIFETIME warranty.
They said they would replace it , now they won't respond to me
The owner went so far as to say and tell Carquest I didn't buy it there.
His old partner overruled him years ago on a issue where I was right , now it's pay back .
Lousy way to treat a 20 plus year customer at other Car Quest stores
