Horrible customer service and horrible website. The horrible website wouldn't be so bad except it's the only way to get anything done. Their phone numbers all just direct you to their website except the one number to cancel your account but they won't do anything to help with any other problems. The only live person you can talk to wants to direct you to the message to go to their website or say they will look into it and call you back but that call back never comes. Anyone looking into doing business with them do yourself a favor and run the opposite direct. Trying to pay my final bill and i'm 5 weeks of misery and still can't get it done. Worst company i've ever dealt with.

Ive been trying to pay my bill now for a month and a half. I forgot which email I used and my reset password wont let me into you system. so "hhmmmm" who can i pay my bill I just need to update a debt card number because the one on file was lost. I ve been with basic talk for sereral years and havnt run into this problem. tecnical support was useless, they just wanted to get me off line so they did. how can I Pay my bill?
