Went into the Holland, Michigan store near Wal-mart. The ladies seemed nice. I asked for a certain kind of haircut. What I walked out with was a hack job. One side was 1 1/2" longer on one side. The front looked like a blunt cut bob and the back was cut short and in two layers. When did this become an a-frame hair cut. I got home and realized what she did. I cried all weekend and had to go to a high end stylist to have it fixed. I called to talk to the manager and ofcourse she was off. Never again will I ever step into another supercuts. I wouldn't even send a homeless person to them.

I just discovered your wonderful site last week; thank you for providing such a useful and MUCH needed service. My problem: I downloaded several manuals last weekend, but nothing since about Sunday. However, when I try to download anything now I get the "10 downloads per day-check back in 24 hours" message. While this is certainly reasonable (and I'd be perfectly happy to pay for them), it's been way over 24 hours since my last download. I don't understand why this is happening. Please advise. Thanks!

The Customer Service phone number and instructions (option 2) given here worked for me. I spoke with a knowledgeable BasicTalk representative who was able to fix my problem. Thank you Contact Help.

The telephone number provided was a direct number. I had searched the magazine and could not not find help. Went to their service web site and it did not have the category for what I needed. Got my problem solved in 20 seconds.

Thank you!! This worked!!! After pressing '0' exactly 10 times I got a person right away - no waiting!! What a bunch of bs, the head games they play! Out of all the tricks posted on line of how to get an operator this is the only one that worked. Thank you. (My package is still lost though, cuz it is connected to UPS! More convolution!!)

Contacthelp is the best thing that has happened to the general customer service. Although corporations hide their contact details as much as they can, but this website exposes them all and is really very very accurate. Kudos to the contacthelp creators, you rock!!

Ryobi trimmer auto feed has got to be one of the biggest frauds in trimmer history. Ryobi not the only one but I would expect there is not one that works. If other don't complain it is because they don't use their trimmer!! Basically how can you people sell this crap??

This phone number helped me so much. The customer service number on the back of my card was entirely useless. No help what so ever. I desperately needed a real person to talk to. Thank you. Why is this number not printed on the back of the card for customer service? Automation doesn't work for all things!!!!!

Hello I'm Tim Stewart I got a pair of deer night pants about 3 weeks ago and only wore them 3 times and they already have a hole in the crouch and the tie string has broken and I'm not very happy with paying 13.00 for a pair of pants and only getting to wear them 3 times my call back number

It just left my local Kroger store. They would not accept the PG Tide Oxi BOGO. I am truly disappointed with Kroger because I had been to Giant Eagle and Target previously trying to find this product. Because it would not scan at the register, the manager said they did not have to accept this coupon. Disappointed is not how I feel right now!!!!!

The number listed is in fact the correct number. Also when I pressed 6 after ivr I was in fact able to listen to a love customer specialist.

I tried this method and it actually worked. Had to way until after 'we are experiencing high cal volume...' To start pressing 0 but as per the instructions it worked and the operator was pleasant and helpful.

I used the 800# for tracfone customer service today. My phone was having a problem making calls. It was an easy fix,with technical support instructions over the phone. I was pleased with the customer service I received. It was quick and professional!

Was able to speak with a customer service rep at this number by following the tip --not to say anything, - but keep on pressing 0.Wait time was only about 6 minutes. However, the person I spoke with, although he was nice, was of no help. I wanted to know if the tracking number I gave him was for a package that is really addressed to me, and whether it had the correct address. He said they do not see any other information on their website and only the tracking number can be viewed.

My experience was totally positive. I said "Operator" during the introductory message, and someone picked up after 2 rings. I told him my problem, he transferred me to the right support person and they got my printer back on line in about 3 minutes. This was one of my best customer service experiences.
