This was great. I had to speak to 2 different people and they were both very nice and very helpful. The prompts worked.

Update on my earlier message. I called the number provided on this page by contacthelp.com and was able to talk with a customer service rep at match.com without adding cookies! I was reassured that my profile and pics would be completely deleted and that my complaints would be forwarded to management. Now, I don't know whether any of that will happen; but contacthelp.com is an awesome service! If you haven't been able to contact match.com, use the search tool just above the comment field on this page to find their number.

Used the instructions here and they worked perfectly. I was only on hold listening to music for about 30 seconds before an agent came on. Got my car insurance adjusted and lowered due to planned non-operation registration of my car for a few months while I am out of state. Thank you Contact Help for getting me to an actual live human being!!!

This info is great. It's amazing how a phone company makes it almost impossible to call them; the number is nowhere on their site. Using these instructions I got right through--not even a wait for "the next available agent".

1/23/14
this just worked:
at prompts: 0..0..6..your tel number

Thank you for this. The wix website used to have their number listed. Now it's impossible to talk to anyone. Thanks again.

Thank you for providing the only way to reach a human. Press "0" at each prompt, and within 9 or so "0"s I was put through.

Yes, the USPS is not run well, but on the whole they have a pretty good performance rating with me. For packages, FedEx is my favorite, but USPS has never lost a package to me. A few delays, but to be honest, aside from a crappy mailman, my only complaint is never being able to get past the Automated Gate Keeper at the 800 number. Now that I have that, I'm pretty happy. The fact that 25 years ago a stamp cost 15cent, and now it's how much?$$$$$ shows the incompetance, and mis management, but I'd hate to see the USPS shut down.

Again, thanks for the key to speaking to a live person. :)

Without your site I would have been left in extreme frustration over trying to find the number to call.
Even though it seems they don't want you to call them by hiding the number, I have to admit, when I called in this morning over an issue, the customer rep was very helpful, polite, and patient. She was just great. Made my day!

This number is good. Pressing 4 zeros worked as described. The agent was nice and efficient. Took care of my issue right away. Demetrius recapped my issues and provided me with options on how to possibly avoid issues going forward. He also followed up with an email.

It took the longest to find a number to contact iTunes. Everything else was smooth sailing.

Good number. A human answers right away. I was transferred to somebody who could help in no time at all.

Their (Ubisoft)has no number anywhere. So stupid. ContactHelp.com was first in the search engine and this number is correct, and the directions given were worked like a charm.

Great experience. Called number listed here and spoke directly to a human who gave me the number to the dept. I was looking for which was also answered by a human almost right away. They were courteous and helpful and I was off the phone with the answer I was looking for in under 5 minutes. Great customer service, thank you!

numbers worked. thank you. unfortunately equifax hires horrible customer service employees. and i talked to quite a few. they didnt solve or even file my 200,000$ dispute. aparently being 12 years old and getting a second mortgage on the house you purchased at age one doesnt register in the horribly rude stuck up staff at equifax. oh and to top it off they wanted to charge me 16.95 to check on my info, i said yes. they said card didnt go through. they tried twice and said theres nothing they can do till i have more cash. i just got online and checked my bank account and not only did it go through BOTH times. It overdrew my account twice and they didnt give me what i paid for. how do you sue a creedit agency. they took my money twice lied and didnt give me what i was paying for. now im 100$ negative in my bank account. and still havve never had a credit card because i cant get aproved.

Boy, am I glad I found this site. I had a tracfone a few years back and it was tough to understand customer service then. I tried to order a phone and minutes today and I couldn't understand the sales person at all.
(Phillipines), or I would have ordered one. Then I found this site, actually looking for a stateside sales outlet. After reading these blogs, it brought back memories of what tracfone was really like. A real pain, that you are paying good money for. This is the same reason I will be eliminating Hughesnet from my home also.
English speaking, stateside companies include Verizon, Exede Internet, and Directv. Until these other companies get stateside customer service people that can speak and comprehend english, I will not use them.

I have called three different phone numbers for Priceline customer service. Only one of the three allowed me to eventually talk to a person. The two that only allowed me to interact with the recording were listed as customer contact numbers on my email from Priceline. The number that enabled me to eventually talk to a person was the number given to me by ContactHelp.com. Thank goodness this site exist.

Glad I found this site! Great place to connect with reviews. Ha..funny everything I'm reading I've encountered with Comcast. Getting someone on the phone is absolutely a NIGHTMARE! I called from my cell phone, from my husbands cell phone, then the landline---had all three holding at the same time to see which one picked up first. Let the phone hold for 1hr and 20 minutes. They answered from the last phone I called from (which is my account phone #) before the first phone I called from which was NOT the account # phone...hmmm interesting. BUT! Let me give you a word of advice....if you need anyone during the daytime hours call the "new sales" number so this is how you do this..... call 1800Comcast and go thru prompts like you are a NEW customer so don't enter your home account phone number. You'll get sales and they will answer everytime, they can fix your problem if you tell them you don't want to deal with holding...works for me everytime (unless it's a night of course and new sales is not open late at night). And what's even more discouraging at least for state of MS is that the public service commission (or anyone that I've written including FCC, etc) can resolve issues you have with Comcast so your pretty much stuck with them if you choose to do business with them. They are such a large employer (in which we need here in MS) that most govt affiliations will not touch a negative response b/c it's political due to the employment of so many people. They know they've got you. BUT,you know what? We will probably not need Comcast in the future. Since we have these cell phones that can connect to TV shows, news, etc. we'll just need a monitor and more choices (in which we have now with cell phone companies---called COMPETITION) and we can just connect from our phone to the monitor and watch whatever the heck we want to without needing COMCAST. Yes, I believe this is in the near future---hopefully, we will not have to rely on Comcast to watch everything we want to just from our cell phones and yeah!! we will have more choices with cell companies unlike the cable choices we have now (either Dish or Comcast). Is this the reason, we're seeing marketing now from Comcast and "Verizon"? Hmmmm interesting....maybe Comcast has seen this competition too. And the reason most of us probably don't cancel our service is b/c it's too difficult to change our email addresses, take off work to wait for another re-installation and just fear of change. But it may be worth it in the long run. I have so many more issues to discuss with the pixels going on and off while you are watching TV, watching a recorded movie that just gets stuck in the middle and I have to cut off my TV and cut it back on, etc. Not just mine---my friends have same problem. Plus they give me these OLD boxes that's been recycled so much and Comcast "forgets" to delete the previous box renter's recorded movies to free up space before it goes to the new customer. THey are making so much money off of these boxes and they charge us RENT for these things when "WE" the customer has selected to do business with them. . Then they gradually up their rent and all the taxes we pay on our bills---I mean please!!!!!!! And Comcast can not even tell you what they are for!
