I have rented through vrbo for several years with no issues. Now that I have an issue I have realized how unreliable they are. I had a canceled reservation from January 16, 2019. Vrbo charged my credit card $106 service fee. I have phoned six times and was told each time my money would be refunded. I have not spoken with an English speaking person at all. Finally, on my sixth call, I was told that I would have to contact the rental agent for the property and have them contact vrbo before I could get my refund. To say that I am frustrated and aggravated would be putting it very lightly! Still waiting for my refund!
