I am very upset at Kohls. I tried all day to purchase a few items and the website was glitchy at best. I lost out on an item because it took so long. When I finally placed my order and was about to check out my order was automatically placed. When I checked my order it showed it went through but was going to a shipping address that I had used a while ago to send a present. I called right away and a customer service rep was changing the mailing information and was about to verify payment. She said that my order was flagged and did not go through so I should not have to worry. Before we were done it was cut off and I was automatically directed to an online survey. I gave everything 1's because I was so frustrated. Then I called back again, was placed on hold and when the customer service rep answered she could not "hear" me and hung up. I called back again and spoke to a very crass customer service rep and he told me my account was flagged and that it was at the fraud department because my credit card and shipping address were different. I told him why and I was trying to change it and he said not to worry, it was a good thing and said I would not be charged and that customer service would honor the sale tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. When the manager finally came on he could not help and put me on hold. I was on the phone over 40 minutes waiting. This evening I got an email stating that my Kohls cash came in. My card was charged and is still being sent to wrong address! There is no email to respond to and no one on. It's crap and I will never order from Kohls.com again and I will tell everyone I know!
