I can't remember who the manager was but hopefully you can look her up. I was upset and asked to speak to a mngr. Once the mngr got on the phone I started to feel better. . She was so kind and took the time to help me figure things out. It had to be so frustrating to her but she never wavered. Kept that kind attitude and resolved my issue. I had decided I was going to cancel my credit card but because of her I didn't. She is important to Kohls I wanted you to know that.

I was in Kohls shopping and I left a check wrote out... I called back to see if they had found a check In register 1. Cindy went and looked and found it. I ask her if they could just tear it up. She then went and got a Manager his name Kyle, I spoke to him and he said they could put it in the mail or shred it up . I told him to shred it it up. These two saved me a lot of stress, glad you have such good associates.

I am so happy to give great service comments for Two of your employees. Their names are Elijah and Ethan. They are the best.Both are friendly, great Customer service skills. They always do their best and go beyond to help you. They are the best in acknowledging you by name and make me smile. They deserve recognition for the great service they provide! They are at Kohl's in Sioux Falls, SD at the Louise store.EM

I would like to thank Terry for helping me select a product at Kohls and Barbie my cashier. Both are from the Muskego Wisconsin store. Both had great customer service
