As a member of AARP for over 12 yrs. I wanted to let you know of an experience that I just recently had with Consumer Cellular.

I have been a Consumer Cellular customer for over 4years. I needed to upgrade my cell phone due to the fact that I was unable to get service inside my home which I consider very imortant.

I ordered and received the Envoy and called to have it activated only to be told by a Rep that I had signed and agreement with AT&T & she could not activiate my phone. Tried to explain that this was impossible! She was very rude and told me that I would be billed from them as well if CS activated my phone. The next day, my husband checked with AT&T office and ws told that this was inaccurate info. I have written to CS 2x with no response. Think you should know about this since you always advertise for them. Needless to say, I am very upset.
