I have been using QB Pro for 3+ years and am totally frustrated with trying to get help for an ongoing issue ( or issue, I should say)....
I find the Indian support people to be very polite and they do their best but obviously the language barrier adds to the frustration........AND THEY CAN'T solve the problems!! I have been to the top tier (don't even get me started on this stupid tier system!!)after DAYS of p***ing around at lower levels without having any positive results. I need to speak to a technical person who understands the reasons for error messages and can help me fix it - a person who speaks and understands English would be a bonus! There is no drive on the part of Quickbooks to resolve problems and no regard for time loss on the part of their customers. This 'service' now costs our company about $115.00 per month.....for WHAT?????
I'd switch to SIMPLY ACCOUNTING in a minute except that my days in this position are numbered - soon it will be somebody else's problem!
