Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. After being in the hospital for over a month, my husband passed away. He had over $60.00 left on the cell phone that he uses which is ATT Go Phone. I have the same service and both phones are in my name. I tried to get them to refund or transfer the balance from my husbands number to mine. According to them, they can not do either. I got this answer after and hour and fifteen minutes and speaking to 2 different people who were supposedly talking to a representative and then a supervisor. There is no reason for them to be like that since I own the minutes anyway. I will use them for outgoing calls so that I can receive calls on my other number. It's pretty obvious that no one will be calling him. After spending 34 days and nights at the hospital with a gravely ill husband, I don't need to be treated like I am trying to steal from them. When the minutes are gone the phones will be destroyed and I will move on to a decent company who cares about the customer and has decent customer service. No one has to be treated like this.
