IRobot does not stand by its products. It uses every legal loophole in the book to evade culpability for defective products. It's moral compass os even more wayward than its erratic moving Roombas

This is my 2 nd I robot. The first was great. The newer generation advertised better suction, better rollers. Wrong! It sits beeping while the old robot works. It needs a new filter every time it will be convinced to run. No one in town carries the filters. For the price of ordering filters online every use, I can hire a full time maid. It is true the rollers don't tangle. They don't roll that often. In short, POS

Please do not purchase the iRobot. I have done it and now regretting it. My robot been damaged so I have sent it for the repair on 24th May. Still "fighting with them" (it's 8th July) to receive them back. Keep receiving same emails that they will look into it... since June (meant to be 10 day for the repair). Please. Do not buy you will save your time.
