Buyers should know were they are buying from. some of these people do not have the state thy are selling from, it only says United Sates. this is unfair to buyer..If I buy from my state I must pay tax. so I try to buy some were else

I have been a customer of Ebay since 2005 and just cancelled my account. I resent having to communicate with persons overseas whom I cannot understand and who talk like robots. If we ask to speak with someone in the US, Ebay should have the mechanism to transfer us. Customer Service did nothing to help me transfer my present user id to a new email address. Spoke to three different Ebay representatives to no avail. I wasn't trying to reinvent the wheel - just transfer my present user to my new email address. I closed my account. Awful customer service an no access to IT to help make this simple change. Guess EBay is doing so well they don't need my business. This is the second time in my life I have left this kind of review but I think Ebay should know how awful this experience was for me.

This is becoming a joke. Just try to reach an AMERICA THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND then try calling another company because Ebay DOES NOT USE AMERICANS EVEN THOUGH MOST OF OHIO needs work. They are routing their calls through there so that you think you are dealing with an American but they are all ANSWERED OVER SEAS SOMEWHERE

Please check my previous purchasing record with eBay to determine my past purchases. The purpose of this correspondence is that I do not appreciate a seller's comments made toward me in regard to a case of the seller selling an item not as described. I won a case against the seller, General us-omerb for a refund on a Hollister (XL ??) polo shirt. The seller asked that I return the shirt back to him. I said that I would but he needed to send a prepaid shipping label. Since then I have received some nasty comments from the seller. Could you please review all correspondence from us-omerb to me. I would appreciate eBay informing this seller not to contact me any more. Thank you!!

After contacting support this morning, I am very disappointed in the way ebay handles their sellers that try to do the right thing. After all these years & not one negative or even neutral feedback, I was told there is nothing to help me. Very rude customer support.

I am trying a purchase on eBay,,when filling out form give my address it keep saying put a valid city and state,even thou I have my correct address,so because of it wont let me in to purchase

Ebay customer support has sold out the definition of the term "support".
They do not help the situation I have reported this time, nor have they helped in the past. I am completely dissatisfied with their entire structure and the way the explain their position.
I, too received responses that were just plain lies. "no supervisors available". There are ALWAYS supervisors. Who supervises the Customer Service Reps???? SUPERVISORS.
Also, they side step the issues using diversion as a means to ignore the issue being reported. EBAY is completely useless in addressing conflict between buyers and sellers. EBAY has become so big and so autonomous that they no longer try to address the "right and wrong" They only want to keep their cash cow grazing!!!

I have been buying and selling on eBay 10 Years my score is 100% spent more than 100K.

I just got treated like a little kid by escalation department�.They disagreed with me ...the honest guy and give my $ 880 to the crook.

Usually when I call eBay I get great costumer service but tonight was not the case. I was told that information I needed I could get from my side (meaning I didn't need to call) I was wanting to check on credits I was due and I couldn't see that I had gotten them. I was told "I'm sure u got them" and that was the end of the conversation.

I know do u deleverd cars and how that process go this lady selling a car I guess but she said that I give her my name number and address and eBay calls me within 24hours and show me how the process gooo but she said I can't pay on a credit card I have too buy 2 *500 dollars prepaid or whatever cards I just wunna know is that a scam

You have dropped them ball. At one time a problem was taken care right away. Now you are sent all over to some one who can't understand English and does' to know how to fix it. You tell them they problem over and over and they don't understand.

There doesn't seem to be any help. They see them order on their screen but can't tell you how to get to pay for it.

What happened to American Customer Service? I need someone to help me pay for my items.

Ebay Customer Service Number Is Hopeless And Useless. Why Bother To Have One ? I Had A Question That Wasn't Rocket Science And They Just Couln't Get What I Was Asking. She Kept Answering My Question With Refering Back To An Ebay Site Which Was Even More Useless. The Customer Service People Are Trained To Answer Basic Questions, With Basic Answers,which Did Not Answer My Question At All. There Was A Definate Communication Problem. How To Resolve It? Hang Up And Give Up!. Hey Why Can't American Companies Stay In America? We Have Enough People Out Of Work That Would Appreciate The Job. What's The Matter Ebay? Not Making Enough Money?

Purchased an LG Optimus Exceed 2 it cannot be activated because its locked.It's a prepaid phone not a contract.I thought you by it it's yours no strings attached UNLESS the phone you have wasn't scanned.We found out later throuh numerous phone calls and talking to different workers...that's probably what happened.It was a gift so imagine the embarrassment when i was notified and disappointment when they found out there isn't anything i can do.Can anyone help i can't afford to buy another phone if so it would be greatly appreciated..

Every time I try to log in, it says to change my password. After a dozen very frustrating attempts, NOTHING!! Christmas week, and not very happy with this ongoing problem! Tried to set up a new account... Nothing! Am I not holding my tongue right???

I called your customer service twice because my account was placed under suspension through NO transactions created by me. When I was notified of the suspension it was said because if inactivity. Now, in trying to renew my account, you tell me the suspension was because of something associated with something I did, but I never made ANY sale on Ebay.
This is a false accusation of you don't the decency to tell me why. I did not have any part of any transaction, but then, maybe it is your excuse to renew my account. I would think you would investigate for your own protection.
