Good morning, I am not going to get back from money from this seller it is just not be resolved by him. I paid promptly and now you all are telling me I have to wait until the 15 th for you all to open my case, meanwhile I am out $ 271.00 or whatever it is. I am very hurt by this whole ordeal.
I think I may have been scammed. I found a car on cargurus and the lady said she set it up thru eBay moters cuz she's always working. And so I showed my husband and he said it all looked legit so I sent the money. But I have a horrible feeling about this. Can someone can't act me please? Here is the guy's name I sent the money too

EBay will not quit nagging for a payment that I have refused to pay because the buyer is a scammer and filed a fraudulent claim. They have been harassing me via robot email that will not allow a reply since June 2015.
After submitting my documented proof concerning the scam, they ignored my documents and continued with the robot emails. On 11-16-15 they handed me of to a collection agency. I sent a copy of the document packet to the agency. As of this date no contact from the agency. With this much time and no contact, I consider the matter closed. However, eBay continues with the robot emails that my account is closed and unless I pay immediately, they will involve a collection agency. Now, how stupid can employees be. I will not call them as over the past year, nobody within eBay has enough sense to solve problems.
I have been trying to pay for a purchase to a seller on eBay. The user uses PayPal. I have an account with PayPal apparently that is years old and has been inactive so I can no longer remember security questions. I have paid for other purchases with my credit or debit card. I have been trying to contact ebay about an order, I never received it. I cannot seem to chat with an email representative, why? When I try to contact my seller,, the email does not go thru. I ordered a set of vance and hines turn down slip ons exhaust pipes through starcycle through e bay. The description says that the baffles are removable. I took my bike to my shop to have the baffles replaced and I was told that they were welded in. I want the turn downs that the baffles can be removed or I want to return the product.

I talked to two different customer service reps. today about the where the dvd is that I ordered on july 12th of this year, neither rep.knew where the dvd that I ALREADY PAID FOR IS OR IF IT IS GOING TO GET TO MY HOUSE AT all. This is the first time that I bought anything from ebay and will be the last.
