Since I can't use my tablet to contact you, I am using my computer. Why is your platform so damn wonky? Love the Crosswords with Friends, but it freezes or crashes daily!!! I can't get through the 3 games without constantly going out and restarting the game. This is ridiculous! For heavens sake fix it -- would you please!!!

I don't know what is going on with words with friends two but I had 1379 points I did not use them next thing I know I have 969 still did not use them watched a bunch a Videos to get more at 996 I went back in to play and now I have 665 what in the hell is going on? No , I did not use any of them so I lost Over 1000 points for no good reason fix this I know I'm not the only one having this problem and I am pissed

I can't believe I am messaging you again. I was frozen out of the game during the last event and after it ended I was able to get on a few days later in a limited capacity. Now that there is another event I am once again locked out. What in the world is going on. This is ridiculous

I have been having problems with my FarmVille 2 country escape game for days. The game loads and looks like some things are functioning but I am unable to do anything. Totally locked out. I have updated my iPad and the game and have forced closed the game but nothing works. What is going on.

I really like playing Words With Friends, but ever since I started I've had one glitch after another. For about a month my latest problem is that when I try to watch a video to get more coins, it either says "Oops! Somethings wrong" Or "it's still loading " and I miss out on getting the coins. Please see if you can fix it because it gets very frustrating. Charlene

I have been playing Game of Thrones Slots Casino for months after the show ended. I have an issue with a thief that continues to frequent my group of players and steals winnings that are posted for my members! Their name is .top.34 and I am sick and tired of them popping into my group House! I have Exiled them but they manage to return. It is the 3rd day and they constantly come back!!! What can be done about this?

I have been playing words with friends for about four years now and was always able to Purchase or win coins and other "mystery boxes", but for the past month have not been able to use any purchased coins or access any mystery box credits. Over a month with communication via email and I get the same requests: please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing! Sent over 10 screenshots and still no resolution. I'm done with this! Terrible responses, no ability to speak to a technician to fix the problem. Shame on. You Zynga!

This is horrible I've tried contacting someone since Monday 7/9/2019 and have been rude to, hung up on and can not get any information pertaining this game. I've been zynga for almost two years now and I'm very disappointed on their response to anything pertaining their games. I've left messages and still nothing at all.

So disappointed...I was enjoying zynga poker till I fell into one of your rigged losing streaks. It's so blatant it's laughable.
I didn't mind paying for a few chips before, but your rigged game is sooooo obvious. Never another penny from me, and I will spread the word. Why not just just be honest?

I believe the star system is not working correctly on Solo Challenge. I seek ways I can do better on my performance. I was in touch with a customer service representative who stated that if I beat my opponent in word scores in the first three moves, I will earn a star each time. That does not appear to be the case.
Also, re strategy, the customer service person mentioned something I could do (she named the action), which I re-sent a comment asking her to identify the action, and received no comment.
Please help. Thank you.

Last night I waw playing on the slot Ventures and got over a Hugh sum of coins over 11 digits don�t know how much . I think I hit the Jackpot plus my coins were big. When my game started again I only had 800,00 coins I lost all my coins. Please check into this. The game just stopped on me.I was on the Mustang Money game when it happened. It was about 10 to 11 pm. Thursday eve here in PI.
