Call BBB on these crooks, they continue trying to to charge me and I never use their crappy services. Someone needs to contact me it's getting out of hand. I will be calling BBB

I have been trying to work out a billing issue for three days. Vimeo customer service has only sent me one email and it was bad advise. I have been trying to get a reply for three days now. Vimeo Billing services was unable to process a Plus upgrade using and does not answer my many emails to them.
My name is Charlotte Shields and I would like to cancelled my 30 day subscription effective, immediately, as I just signed up this morning and never could access the erequired shows I was assigned to view through your site, for an assignment. When I pressed start on the video, multicolor vertical lines with a beep occurred for both shows I was assigned to watch.

So frustrating I purchased videos and its not reflected under purchases. Having been struggling for days to get sombody to help me at Vimeo. Been sending e-mails and have had no reply. My credit card was been debited a week ago and the purchased videos are not reflecting.....so unfair....so frustrating ......nobody to help....If I don't hear from Vimeo by Friday I think I must go to the bank and get the purchase cancelled... no help....no assistance with purchases.
Incredibly aggravating experience. Locked out of my account and trying to deliver my content to users without any access to help me log in. I used an email I no longer have access to and am stuck at work until this is resolved. As their offices close in 10 minutes I will likely have ot go home without delivering my video to my client as I had promised this morning to do. I would say their customer service is horrible but it's hard to grade something that LITERALLY DOESN'T EXIST.
All of a sudden my videos got tagged with completely inappropriate ads. No warning - just out of the blue. I already pay a fee - I am not expecting something for free. I am completely unable to find or contact anybody to see what I can do to resolve - even paying for upgrade - it's just a black hole. I am moving off and cancelling ASAP.
Vimeo disrespects their customers by not offering telephone service and inadequate online information to thwart getting the proper billing information questions answered. I think the U.S. Dept. of Justice needs to investigate this company and will write to them and tell them. When you can't get billing questions answered, when you suspect the company has taken more money than they should, it may be outright theft.
