I took a trip to laundromat yesterday
& was charged 3 times this is the second time this has occurred.when I okay my bank cards it's not to be doubled charged. Then there's not even an individual you can speak with when I questioned the drivers they claim not to have a phone number! This is unacceptable really.

I have tried, UNSUCCESSFULLY, to set up a ride on a trip to California. I need a ride from the San Jose Airport to my hotel in Fremont, CA. I have attempted to set up an account, but something is hindering the process. I am VERY frustrated and would like to TALK TO A PERSON!!

Uber may have cost someone their life today by not coming to take a woman who needs to see a doctor in New York immediately. For some reason, every time I put in the request they canceled it without sending me an email. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I suggest everybody use Lyft.

My Uber driver left my 90 year old grandmother, my sister and I standing on the street waiting for almost 10 min before he cancelled our ride and now instead of not being charged uber wants to give me a $5 uber credit instead. I want my money back, I do not want uber credit. I should not have been charged in the first place. Finding anywhere to even talk to customer service was a mission. This is ridiculous.

I have two ? The first I was charged 42.00 for Urber that was correct then same day I was charged 12.82 for what. ?
My next ? I bought 2 urber gift cards a total of $75.00 I downloaded the app and applied my cards.
When I tried to use my $ it asked me for a pin # I dont remember a PIN number I need help.

How can i return my money if i cancelled my ride or the driver is been cancelled my ride...and some driver is not good coz they did not wait for 2 mins. And they will cancelled youre trip..and sometimes the place that we meet the driver is 2 miles away...what was that...

I changed my card number with the bank but now your service won't accept it. It's no different than the last one. I called the bank and they looked at the transaction. They told me that you have the wrong address.

It's my first time using Uber.

In a few weeks my spouse and I need a ride from Miller Place to Liberty Newark Int. Airport.

What time should we be picked up on a weekday for an 8:30 am flight? At what time should I schedule the ride?

On Sunday, 4/14/19, we took a ride from Whole Foods in Kailua, HI, to Manu Mele, Kailua, a 2.1 mile ride. We were charged $11.75 instead of $9.14. There was a $2.40 "booking fee" that we have never seen before and a wait time of $.85 because according to the driver she had to wait for us even though we were at the front door which was our pickup location. The driver was on the parking lot. We did not wanted to be in disagreement at that time because we had not seen our receipt. We use uber every time and these charges are not what we expected. Now we are debating of using uber for our ride to the airport. We would appreciate your answer. Thank you.

I ordered an Uber to take me to Newark airport. The Uber driver pulled up in a Ford Explorer and he asked me where I was going I confirmed Newark airport. He said he couldn't take me and sped off. I was fortunate enough to order another Uber quickly and be pick up by William in a Toyota Avalon. I explained that the other Uber driver sped off after he told me he couldn't do the trip. He calmed me and said he would take me and I would make my flight. William was excellent and courteous. However, the first Uber driver not so much. I better not get charged for the first trip cancelled. Not even a dime.

Hi, my name is Laura. Yesterday I called Uber 3855 ShoreParkway, was going on 3101 Coney Island. Was late. Driver saw me running to the car, he stopped. He said that he could do only private ride, I had no choice, I was late, agreed... but was shocked when he charged me 11 (eleven) dollars. So my ride coast me in total (with Uber cancellations) 16$. I think it's a little too much. Thank you!

WTF? You have a completely different car down for me and when I sent pic of registration of MY car it was kicked out as wrong car or so. I do not nor ever RENTED a Honda. Until you fix the problem

Uber won't accept My newly purchased (3/23/2019) $68.00 Vanilla Gift Card with a Master Card logo tonight for a $6.88 Ride Share. However each time I tried to confirm my ride, it charged my gift card a total of $1.20 inquiry fee . Why??? Is a pre-authorized gift card an unacceptable form of payment/non-sufficient???

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! The most user unfriendly company I've ever dealt with! I drove for them for a month in summer of 2018. I have been trying to get a hold of them and cannot log in. It's march 2019 got my final attempt. The FAQ do not apply as there is nothing about payment options unless you. Are a rider after a few months of total frustration of GETTING MY MONEY I was told I was using another email. I switched to my alternate email and it would not recognize it. I have not been able to contact them. It's time for attorney general to get involved. Keep in mind if you drive or ride. There is no one to call if there is a problem. The HELP section is a joke. I'm getting my $ and will never use them or drive again for them.
