Driver did not show at FLL. Should NOT be charged anything

I have tried for over an hour this morning to find a customer service phone number or link. My granddaughter is 15 years old and recently became an Uber customer without parental consent or knowledge. I want to see what her payment method is because it is stolen.
Installed Uber with help from a friend. Did a trial booking which was cancelled immediately. Then got charged$10 cancellation fee for keeping driver waiting - driver never left home. Certainly didn't arrive here! Can't find where to let Uber know to please cancel fee.
I requested a 15 min ride to PHX Airport at 3:50 pm. They accepted the scheduled request and I accepted the fee. I later see I received a text that the price would now be 2.1x's higher due to "demand" I was charged 26.00 for a 15min ride. Such a fraud/bait and switch technique taking advantage of people. If they had quoted me that price I would have declined and ordered her a nice town car from a reputable company. I'll be placing a complaint to BBB.
I just to an Uber home from the CHS airport. The fare I signed up for was $30. During the ride home , the driver was rude and ran through a red light.
I rated her a 2 out if 5. When I checked my final bill. I was charged a non disclosed sum of an additional $7.
Please explain how you post a fare of $30 then you add a non disclosed addition of $7?
That is an unfair business pratice that needs to desist.

On Sunday 18 August I ordered an Uber to go to Washington National Airport. It was initially scheduled for a 0715 pickup but Uber changed that to 0730-0740. The driver never appeared and I had to call a taxi, which, by the way was cheaper than the Uber-quoted price. I nearly missed my flight.
you just charged me almost $9.00 for a cancellation fee when the pickup was in San Francisco and the destination was the Orpheum Theater in San Francisco. Instead, you listed the destination as the Orpheum Theater in NEBRASKA! my Uber driver cancelled the request for me and took me to the right theater in SAN FRANCISCO.
I will not pay the cancellation fee and

Never using Uber again drivers cancel me twice after waiting for them more than 6 minutes and the third one took to long to get to my location try to cancel but driver never answer the phone still he charge me the full fee no planing in using Uber again and I will make sure all my friend and family neither too

I was charged double for same trip one hour apart on same night. Earlier fare was $21 and return trip was $10! What's up with that.? I know fares vary as to time of day but why should 1030 pm be more than double what it is at 1130pm on Nantucket for approximately one mile! I feel driver was taking advantage of me.

Uber is honestly the worst service I've ever had the displeasure of using. First they charged me a cancellation fee when my driver hung up on me and cancelled on me and when I went to dispute it they credited it to my account. I did not want it credited to my Uber account because I don't plan on using Uber anymore. But wait theirs more, on my next ride I was charged a surcharge of 33 dollars for a trip that was 6 minutes away and in total I paid 55$, that's not even worth the trouble. I am having a hard time getting in contact with anyone and the only ones who respond are robots! This company is absolutely the worst. DO NOT USE! It's a scam they steal your money, then make it impossible to get it back.
Horrible experience - called in, first driver accepted, then later called to cancel said too far away but I would not be charged (but was charged $5.75). He cancelled, I didn't. Then called for another. Yordan accepted for $13.95. Then 15 min later Uber sent msg that he cancelled and new rates at 2:00 AM would be $21.95. I believe Yordan cancelled on us and picked up someone else at airport to receive new rates. Then I called for third time and driver finally came for new rates and he was extremely nice. We waited at airport a long time bc of this. It's the principle, not just the additional money but also that. We did not get to hotel until 3:30 AM. My first experience with Uber😡 Vivian Bond 817-680-7022. That was in Tampa FL morning of June 27.
