The last time (a month or more ago) I tried to reserve a ride for a doctors appointment and a message appeared telling me I had to update my Uber app. All well and good except I can't update because I need an iOS 14.8 or latest compatible version. Can't do that either. So, does this mean I have to buy a new phone to be able to ride wit Uber? Help!

I ordered an Uber on the morning of 3/16. I was in contact with the driver, Hugo. He texted "I am here." I texted "Be right there" but when I went outside, there was no Uber car in sight. After waiting in front of my building for some time, I finally gave up and took a taxi. I had been relying on Uber to get me to a hospital where I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow , but now I'm not sure what to do.

Today I had scheduled a Uber for 7:10 am because they come early and that would guarantee they would be there by 7:00. The first rider I got was named Elliott and he got to my work area at 6:59 and called me telling me that he was here. I told him that I get off at 7:00 and I would be out in a minute. When I got out he was gone cancelled on me over 1 minute and had a new driver coming and I had to wait 18 minutes which made me late on the trip that I signed up for. If I would have been a regular person that would have made Uber 5 minutes late. My next rider was gracious with me and said he was sorry that happened. I think this needs to be reported when Ubers can't even wait 1 minute my Uber ride yesterday morning waited 6 to 7 minutes for me because he was early

I order an Uber. I thought he's on my way but until now he's not here. Unfortunately I was not able to work because I'll be late. My time is 7:30 am. I don't what happened. If he's committed to to take my order he should if not he should cancel my order

Don't have and uber account, But my checking account is being charged over and over for the last three day.
And if you don't have and account,There's no way to contact them. And the billing number on your account. Say a short message and hang up.charging me and I have no account. Bank said I have file charges agaist uber.

Yes this is my second time using Uber I used it yesterday I was not aware that u kept my credit card information and I paid the driver and now I u took out the money from my bank account I want my money back I'm not paying twice

I have been trying to speak with someone from customer service regarding a reoccurring charge on my credit card of $24.99 per month for a service I had never signed up for. I have only received emails back and have been unable to resolve my issue. I am requesting this "service" to be cancelled on my account and have requested a refund of $250 to my credit card. I have followed the instructions trying to cancel this service via my uber app and am unable to get anywhere. I am furious and frustrated with the lack of customer service and inability to speak with anyone

Our Uber driver Depei did not speak a word of English. Ok fine. And could not follow the series on his phone. A simple right hand turn versus left hand turn. It was me my husband and two children on interstate 95 and I was scared to death for our lives. It is an absolute disgrace that someone like this could be behind the wheel let alone being paid to drive someone somewhere

4 cancelled trips That were canceled by the driver and not by me Brianna. Pick up point to vague when you're in a foreign state that you know nothing about. Please reimburse me for these trips. Are used Uber a lot this week for an eight day. And if this is not resolved I will be using a different company

I signed up for a ride pass with Uber and am paying a monthly fee . This is supposed to give me a discount on my rides . I have gotten a one penny discount ! This is ridiculous. How do I cancel the ride pass. It is worthless

I forgot my wallet in the car. I spoke to the driver she has it and was too busy to get it to me yesterday. I am on vacation I need my ID. I feel like my wallet with everything I need is being held hostage

I am livid because I had spent an hour trying to get customer support. The web tells you to open the contact us but there is not such an item in the app. I am very frustrated because I had an issue with my ride and it is impossible to get it resolved through the items stated in the app. I can't access a phone number the only way I got is Disconnected
My original quote for the trip including tolls that we eventually did not take and I can't find a way of getting the surcharge addressed and reviewed

My driver canceled my trip did not wait 2 minutes I was at wrong door at IAH. I should not pay the fee.

I requested a ride your driver kept telling me he would be here in two minutes I waited an hour before he finally canceled and would not answer his phone I lost $1100 ticket by missing my flight your service is terrible your drivers are rude and ignorant and I better not get a cancellation charge

I needed to get to work this morning. I am Geographically imparred. Punched in that I needed to get to work at the Village Senior Living. Was mistakenly driven to Federal Way. He then kicked me out of his car and drove away, even after I told him of the mistake. His response was, call another Uber The second driver left when my card didnt work. The thied driver ws very helpful.

I was just charged for a trip that I did not request. WTF? Is there any way to get a refund? I am not going to pay for trips that I did not request. If I don't get an immediate refund, I am using Lyft every time I the future.

One of your Uber drivers just attempted to Ram into the front of my car. While I was trying to back up, he stopped and then hit the pedal full speed, stopping inches before hitting me. He could have gone to the side.
He was a male 40's light or gray hair. In a small silver car, maybe a Prius. Proudly displaying YOUR UBER company logo. This took place tonight at approximately 9:45pm at Niguel Beach Tertace on Selva Rd in Dana Point, Ca. Police were notified. We did not see him drop off, and no one was in his car when he attempted to harm us. He may possibly live there? You may want to check your records. I will screenshot this to show you have received and are aware! PS you make it next to impossible to reach you for any problems, and you are a business! Useful Uber eats for the first time last night. Some ambitious person added their own tip on my account without my permission. Sounds a little like fraud to me. Tried to resolve thru their silly chat experts. What a joke. They send you to a $5 help line to sign up with credit card. No contact phone to solve issue.
