Worthless no wonder going out of business after half hour on hold they did not help at all do feel that I will not give them my business let alone my time of day .

The new US Postal Service office in Hagerstown, MD, has shown marked improvement in terms of friendliness and efficiency. I want to write though specifically about a note received from the Senior Plant Manager, Processing and Distribution in Baltimore, MD, enclosing a signed form that had accidentally slipped off my outgoing mail (probably improperly sealed by me). The recipient of my mail had called to say I had sent an envelope with nothing in it! The signed form I thought I enclosed was important enough to be missed. How wonderful to know that amidst the millions of mail processed by the USPS, they cared enough to pick up the form and send it back to me. Thank you, USPS customer service.

When you're finally transferred to hold for customer service, you're on hold forever. They don't seem to answer the phone.

Was able to speak with a customer service rep at this number by following the tip --not to say anything, - but keep on pressing 0.Wait time was only about 6 minutes. However, the person I spoke with, although he was nice, was of no help. I wanted to know if the tracking number I gave him was for a package that is really addressed to me, and whether it had the correct address. He said they do not see any other information on their website and only the tracking number can be viewed.

Karen Becker will pick item up at Forest street post office. Delivery notice was given to the wrong people. I found mistake via USPStracking . We want our package. I will bring ID. On top of NO Late night customer assistance, your redelivery site is NOT WORKING. Our family has paid hard earned cash for our packages. I threw my receipt away n now i dnt have a tracking number to trace my package. My friend didn't received it yet. It's been over 3 weeks. Was ship to Kent, Washington. Can anyone help me get my tracking number so I know where my package now??? Thanks

I have been on hold for almost 2 hours now. I have it set to speaker phone and I am going about my business while I wait. I just found this site and after reading some of the other posts I guess it is a moot point to listen to the recording and wait on hold any longer.

Horrible customer service, I have been calling for past few days with out any one coming to phone. I was on hold for hours without anyone picking up the phone. Their tracking mail is a joke, its been a month and it is still showing mail is at NY facility. I will never use USPS in my life. If you want to get your international mail delivered, DO NOT USE USPS. Sad part is you cant even talk to any customer service people since they don't answer the call no matter how long you wait...even 2-3 hrs.

If you are rude, lazy, sarcastic and hate people... The USPS is looking for you! 800 number, what a joke. The talk and, blame every other department but their own!! And ultimately turn it around to the shipper!!! Which is exactly correct... My HUGE bad for ever trusting the USPS and will never again!

Horrible customer service I have ever known in my life. They returned back all (more than 3) packages and some of them were international. Surprisingly, they marked that all of these packages have been delivered, and later on, the sender call me telling me that the packages have been returned back to them (when the USPS say by themselves that the packages have been delivered to me)!! What a service? But I feel like I can stand, this is a very high abusive case, I need somebody to talk to. I called them about my package, you can't believe that they told me that the package was in my box that I needed to check right away, after I checked I called again, then they said, oh sorry, we sent the package to your leasing office, immediately I called the leasing office who said they have never got to package, called the USPS again, and the one I was talking to got a very big lough, made me funny and told me to call 1-800 customer service number. Can you imagine that???? The destination adress was very complete, and until now I am wondering why they are doing that to me. I even showed up at the USPS office to ask about that issue, they didn't let me talk to the Manager. Then I thought this was a Racial case! I don't really know what to say!!

This is so stupid not only is my mail late at my home I got pro box and its late there all they do is stand and talk they put mail in boxes when they want and some carrier's just want to fulert are set at at there houses on our time go get areal job our ggovernment sucks we votied them in we should be able to vote them out the consttion was wrote by the people for the people about time we use it one angry amercain

The absolute worst customer service possible. Can not get nothing but useless recored messages. On hold so long I had a birthday. You are so much better off to pay additinal cost for a carrier like UPS, FEB EX you can count on those guys. This is my last dealing with USPS never again.

The past 6 weeks have literally been the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced with any company! I have received my mail exactly two times since 1/29/14, I have taxinformation that I need and bills. Repeated calls to local post office in Okemos, Mi have resulted in nothing but basically management telling me to buy a p o box, which I finally did and received mail the day I bought it which was last Fri 2/14. That mail was mail that should have been delivered that previous week and bo mail since!! Help what do I do...i already have late charges on bills!

Get real! Carriers think flower pots are mail boxes, they write up packages requiring signatures and don't deliver them until two days later and NEVER answer the phone! The recent rate hike is a JOKE! Why doesn't Amazon take it over? They could turn a profit on it in no time. The UPSP iss the ONLY agency which giaves new hires full benefits and retriement upn hiring. No wonders the carriers are so woefully inadequate, but what do you expect from a patriarchy . . .

I was mauled a priority letter with tracking number. It was mailed on Jan 27 11:47 from West Virginia to North palm Beach Fl.The letter was received at the wrong postal facility. The last entry was on Jan 29,845 am and stated it was out for delivery. I never received it. The post office in Palm Beach Gardens,Fl. can't explain where the letter is. How can you not know where a letter is when it was processed at that facility. A lot of excuses but no one could tell me what happened to the letter. USPS has no accountability except to give phone number's and hours of waiting. FedEx or UPS is better.

I needed to return a suit bag and suit that my son, visiting from Texas to my home in Oregon, had left behind. The entire suit bag etc. was extremely heavy for me, his 84 year old mother. I went to the Post Office asking about a box to mail it in. Yes, Caroline, the worker here in Coquille, Oregon found a box for me that was just about right. Her supervisor noticed what we were dong and found a more suitable container. He took my son's things and lifted them and packed them into the new bag, a chore I wasn't really able to handle. My box was all taped up and then I addressed it and in just minutes I had insurance to cover it and the postage paid and it was on its way. I was so grateful to the two of them for all that they did for me.

I am a pen and paper letter writer so I am in often for stamps or post cards and they are always as pleasant and speedy as possible; this tho,was over and above anything they ever needed to do for me. I wish I had their names to praise them correctly, but I am sure they can be identified by the Post Office's location.

I've been sitting on hold with USPS for 2 hours now. They are the most incompetent individuals ever!! I've had better service from McDonald's than I have with USPS!

Don't Do it! you're better of giving your stuff to a stranger. I have been looking at my package sit in the same facility for more than three days. It takes forever to get away from the automated system and when you do, you have to wait all over again for an incompetent call specialist to assist you. This is a very shady and unorganized business. Go spend all your money on UPS and FEDX they are high but worth it. I have a lot of value to my package and its nothing to these people to lose it. Don't make the same mistake as the rest of us. Go..Run.. and Don't look back. Our tax dollars are being spent on community businesses and firms that are useless.
