The Worst! Customer Service Its Been A Month That My Package Has Been Lost In The Mail And Cases After Cases They Open No One Can Find The Package Or Bothers To Call Back When Asked To Speak To A Supervisor They Either Hang Up Or Say If Theres Nothing Else I Can Help You With And Disconnect.

Had extremely bad experience with USPS service, my package is stuck in and there is no one to give me proper answer or reason or estimated delivery time. Customer has been very irresponsible with their approach.

I am unable to reach anyone to my discuss my problem much the less resolve it. MY LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE in BALDWIN PARK, CA does not answer the phone either. Tracking is unreliable because the system says that I have received my package already. I have not received my package at all.

TERRIBLE- Can't call local offices and can't reach anyone nationally. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIRE AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR!!!!!

Thank you!! This worked!!! After pressing '0' exactly 10 times I got a person right away - no waiting!! What a bunch of bs, the head games they play! Out of all the tricks posted on line of how to get an operator this is the only one that worked. Thank you. (My package is still lost though, cuz it is connected to UPS! More convolution!!)

Hi, my name is Consolacion Ang, I've been to your POST OFFICE here at 4th-Harvard branch this morning to complain about my 3 packages that never did come to my hands. At 1st: it was our renewal credit card that was not delivered to us, we only knew that the new credit card was used in the casino twice when we got our statement of account, that's the time we realized it was stolen in the mail, 2nd: my FRAGRANCE/perfumes I ordered last AUGUST which I haven't received it but tracking the deliery, it was delivered but according to the manager of this building, I don't have package, 3rd: again when I complain to FRAGRANCE.net.Com, they will replace me but still I have not received my package and now, for the 4th time: I order online again thinking that maybe the previous packages was lost but reality speaks for itself, somebody is responsible of all these matter because I didn't received my 4th order which I am supposed to received it last Oct. 22 according to my tracking record. I never expect that our packages are not safe. Everytime we send something, together with our packages/letters, all via USPS is our trust, it is a dismay. Hope you can do something about these matter. THANK YOU.

Just keep pressing zero when it says you have to say the reason for your call and that there is "high call volume". Had to enter "0" about ten times before being transferred to within a minute and half (high call volume my ass) to a very polite and helpful lady that answered my question within a few minutes. tl;dr- JUST KEEP PRESSING "0"!!!

Called from the Netherlands. As I don't have a US zip code, I couldn't reply. The system offered to me to press 0 and within a minute I got a friendly voice really trying and taking effort to get me my package. Unfortunately it was already on it's way back (but still in the Netherlands) and no way to redirect it. Probably going to take 2 weeks to get it from New York. So the customer service was great, but the procedure is wasting money and time. Out of luck here.

Why on earth do they care what we put in a 9 x 12 envelope? I tried to send my mother in a nursing home a new shower cap - weighs less than 2 oz - so I put 2 stamps on it (have done this dozens of times before) and a postal worker at the PO told me that it has to go package rate for $2.38. I explained that I had done this before and she ok and I put it in the mail bin. Got it back 2 days later - returned for postage. I just threw it all in the garbage and will ask someone at the nursing home to buy her one until I can get up there. No wonder they are going broke. Whoever is in charge of pricing needs their head examined. FedEx and UPS don't care what's in there - it's the same rate no matter what!

24/7... no, just caught someone stealing out of every mail box on the street. Called the police, but have called 5 different numbers even the postal inspection service. I get routed to after hours, the only number allowing it. I am routed to a machine. You need to take off the 24/7 tag if it is just a lie. Also your voice recognition, like most doesn't understand anything and is useless.

first, I would like to say that your automated system was not helpful to me and kept re-routing me to places that I did not want to go.

I want to know why a package that I was sending to Norman Oklahoma was first, accepted in Gillette Wyoming, shipped from Gillette Wyoming to Denver Colorado, then shipped back to Gillette Wyoming then back to Denver and then on to Dallas? I paid for regular service which was not to be delivered until Friday June 20, 2014, which is fine, however, when I checked the tracking on it the above information is what I found. It could have already been in Oklahoma, had it not been shipped back and forth between Gillette and Denver for two additional days. It is aggravating that we pay the shipping prices that we have to pay and then have delays in delivery for such a waste. I would appreciate a response. Penny Fischer

I sale on eBay and ship USPS. I have had several items damaged and have to refund the customers money. I make sure all items are packaged properly and they are getting damaged. When I try to fill out papers for a refund at the local post offices I get the run around. Why is there even insurance on the packages if you can't collect? I'm losing money every time I have to refund customers. Some packages look like they are deliberately damaged. I even write fragile please do not drop on package and still its broke. So please tell me what I'm suppose to do?

Horrible wait times no one seems to no able to help. Each time I'm transferred I get promised there will be no hold time, then I have to go through recording hell again only to be disconnected.

I tried this method and it actually worked. Had to way until after 'we are experiencing high cal volume...' To start pressing 0 but as per the instructions it worked and the operator was pleasant and helpful.

My package has been lost in transit since March 31, 2014; everytime I call I am on the phone with a automative customer service rep; once I am transfered to a live customer service rep I have to wait on the phone for almost an hour! When going online checking the status of my package every day it says something different about my package, its' been in Opa Locka for 3 weeks time changes everyday, now the package is in Macon Georgia for two days not at the destination but now it's back at Opa Locka the is not acceptable I paid for priority mail not slow boat where is my package?????????????

yesterday, 20apr2014 use the USPS kiosk service machine, Charge me 5.60$ for priority mail, with out show up the tracking# on the receipt. Today, 21apr2014 try to solve the problem to the USPS post office location, first with the clerk, after trying to reach post master, dilled from the USPS phone service building , #0208, answer #0250 claiming, manager , secretary, post master missing today, but she just answer the phone, knowing anything to help with tracking my priority mail for the services pay for= priority-mail. So, hear I am seating again on the chair with the nose in the computer, after I was have an USPS"entertainment" with my family, over the phones

45 MINUTS, when the robots and music answer the phone, after press several time hoping I can speak with a person to take my complaint over the phone, with out success. This is call it RUBERY. They disserve to go out of business, the problem it is: 1-who regulate them?and UPS and FedEx they have double on prices. Don`t tell me OIG USPS, will solve your problems, I have already N experiences=emails with them, receive from OIG inspector. Quote: the more evidences you have it, the most you loose, and worst you get" Never you Winn. Note: I have copies off all the mails, receipt, envelope, money order+ etc. send it all the time with USPS in 2 years. A lot of papers, yes!

I sent some papers Certified Mail from NYC to Canton,Ohio on March 24, 2014. It was never received nor was it returned to me. Instead I keep getting e-mails informing me it is being processed all the way from NYC to Ohio and back again.
I cannot reach any one but a computer on the telephone. I wrote an e-mail requesting a phone call.
This is no way to run a railroad or a mail service. the sooner USPS goes out of business the better.
