I just bought a 2016 Tundra great truck. The problem is the dealership that I got the truck from. This is the second vehicle I bought and I'm not happy with these people at all. My 1st vehicle was a 2012 Sienna the 1st week I had the van the check engine light came on so I took it back they called Toyota headquarters and they didn't have a clue why the light came on. In 2013-2014 My drivers side sliding door won't open up or close at times so I took it to the garage and they just said it needed to be oiled which they did but it stilled wouldn't work so I took it back again. They had my car and wouldn't give me a rental or a loaner so I had to get up at 2am every morning to ride to work with my husband have to say I wasn't happy. After calling the garage for 3 days to find out about my car I finally told them I need to have a rental. I didn't call them for the next 3 days but on Monday I emailed the CEO of Toyota and told him I wasn't happy with that dealership. The Manager in the service department called me on Wednesday and asked me to tell him what happened so I did and he informed me that someone from Toyota would be getting a hold of me which they did and I told them that being it was their product that they would want to take care of their customers. They sent me a 100.00 gift check. I thought that I would give the dealership another go and what do I get but up the ass again this time no registration and I had to go to the DMV and pay 3.00 to get my registration. I left the dealership telling them I was done with them and I was selling my truck. Oh I didn't tell you that when I picked up my Sienna there was grease all over the back seat and when they cleaned it it smelt so bad that I had to put down all the windows.

On 4/12 /16 I purchased 2016 Toyota RAV4. At the time of settlement, I noticed an error in the title application. The error was brought to the attention of the sale advisor and sales manager at the time. Both advised the matter would be corrected prior to the title application being forwarded to the appropriate county agency. I telephoned both the sales advisor and sales manager the following morning, wherein both advised the error has been corrected. Upon receiving the motor vehicle title it was noticed that the error had not, in fact, been corrected. On 4/29/16 I telephoned the Nalley Toyota, Roswell, GA sales manager where the vehicle was purchased, who advised that I should get the title amended and that Nalley Toyota would reimburse me for the expense. I have, in fact, had the title amended and called the Nelly Toyota general manager and left a voicemail message for a return call. The call has not been returned to date. It is unfortunate that the quality of the Toyota dealership does not meet the quality of the Toyota product. I have been a loyal Toyota and Lexus purchaser for years as has my immediate and extended family. I fully realize that my continued Toyota support or lack thereof will not have any impact on Toyotas bottom line nor will my lack of recommending Nalley Totota to anyone within my limited sphere of influence affect their bottom line. A simple computer keystroke could have rectified and error made by Nelly Toyota personnel. However, it required my spending valuable time and expense to rectify a error that could've been done by the dealership with little effort.

I had an accident in my 2002 Toyota Corolla on April 30th,2016. Unfortunately my car was totaled. The reason I'm writing you this is because the airbag DID NOT and the seatbelt DID NOT lock up. This is the second message I've sent in. The first was from my email. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else!

I bought a Red 2009 Toyota Corolla XE from San Diego Rose Toyota. Recently I noticed that the paint was beginning to peel on the its roof. I took it to the Rose Toyota and was sent to the Body Shop Dept. I was advised by Eric that there is only a 3 yr warranty on the paint and that the entire car would have to be painted at a very high cost. He further stated that he had seen this happen before with the blue cars, but not the red, and he guessed that I was just one of the unlucky ones to get one that did. What a wonderful customer service response.
I called and talked to the owner Mr. Bernie Perri the following day and he confirmed the 3 yr warranty and said that he could not offer me a 50 or even a 25% discount to repair the car, but to come in and he would work with me in getting a trade-in and current $1500 rebate towards a new Corolla.
I cannot believe that a reputable company like Toyota wouldn't be more sympathetic towards someone who just happened to get an "inferior paint job", and refuse to do anything about it but talk you into a new car.
I am extremely disappointed and am seriously thinking of buying another product. I feel as though your concern for the customer in these rare but unusual cases is handled in this manner.
I am a widow and have serious medical expenses and don't feel as though I want the burden of the cost of a new car and all the expenses with insurance and taxes that come with it, when I have been extremely happy with the care that I have.
I hope that you can furnish a response to me in this matter and give me some hope in the product that I initially had such faith in for so long.
Thank you,
Karen Arnone

Why would you put Bridgestone tires on my 2011 Toyota Camary? The tires are "crap".
The tires that came on my car new were worn out at 16,000 miles. You replaced them at my dealers, no charge. Thank you, but now 24,000 miles later two of them are worn out again. They are UTQG rated at only 260. Which I am sure you know is a very low tread wear rating. Why would you put them on a new car? I have only put 40,000 miles on my car since I bought it new and I am already on the second set of tires. This is unacceptable. Please reply with some relief for me because of your inefficiency in manufacturing. Sincerely Daniel Miller Stop using Bridgestone tires!

Twice now, my dealer has done things I know are not true. They say , "customer complained of," then told me it was no charge as it was covered by warranty. Wheel alignment, and brake rotors were "repaired." It seems obvious they are scamming whoever pays Toyota warranty. It runs up the cost of the cars to all of us. It also makes me nervous to know I am dealing with a dishonest group. When the warranty is up, they will. Scam me. I have the paperwork saved, that proves the allegations.

I purchased a new 2012 Toyota RAV4 EV from Carson Toyota (1333 E. 223rd Street, Carson, CA) in March 2013. As part of a service visit last year, I was told that my RAV4 EV had a faulty drive unit and needed to be replaced. I was told that due to a supply and demand issue that the part would not be available immediately. I informed Carson Toyota that the noise (caused by the faulty drive unit) was becoming louder and was distracting when driving. Carson Toyota asked me to bring my RAV4 in for an evaulation that would determine if I should have a high priority for replacing the drive unit. I brought it in in January and it was determined that I was a high priority. I have not yet herd back from Carson Toyota and calls to their service department have been unanswered. I own two Lexus vehicles and the Toyota and except for this issue I have been satisfied. I am frustrated that I have been waiting so long to resolve my problem and if this is a coordination problem with Tesla, I (the customer) should not be paying the price. Jeffrey Barnett,

Toyota of Bellevue:

I bought my 2015 truck at Toyota of Seattle as you did not have a TRD PRO in Inferno paint when I was looking for one. I thought I would bring it to you for service, but I was very disappointed to hear the your technician "Eddie" identified that my Toyota Tacoma roof rack on my Toyota Tacoma was considered an"after market" product. I suppose my Toyota air shocks, Toyota exhaust, and Toyota bead lock tires are "aftermarket" as well. In fact I suppose my TRD PRO inferno paint is "after market" as well.

Oh My God what if the whole Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO I bought is not really a Toyota, but an after market product. Oh I am so printing this on the TRD forum sites. Toyota of Bellevue says the TRD Pro line is not a Toyota, but an after market product. I have it in writing on my service paperwork. Eddie the Toyota technician said it is true so it is.

Your service tech "Eddie" has taught me a lesson: Do not buy a Toyota and do not have a car serviced by Toyota of Bellevue. Eddie identified the water leaking into my Toyota truck with 12000 miles on it, well within warranty, but Eddie refused to correct the water leak as my Toyota Tacoma roof rack on my Toyota Tacoma is an after market product. I feel bad about this because Yakima makes better roof racks. If I was going to buy after market I would have gone a different direction then the crappy Toyota rack.

Eddie did say that the water was leaking into my Toyota Tacoma, apparently from my Toyota Tacoma roof rack on my Toyota Tacoma. I guess I should have purchased a ford as I believe the ford technicians are capable of identifying ford parts and clearly Toyota technicians can not. Well to be fair I told him water was leaking into the cab from the roof Rack so he really did not do anything.

I brought my truck to you this time to see how well you would do on servicing it. You are closer to my home then Toyota of Seattle. Toyota of Bellevue has proven to be everything people despise in a auto dealer. You did very poorly and I will need to take my truck to Seattle for service from now on.

I make a lot of money and I would not have minded paying your ridiculous service costs due to the convenience, but when you refuse to do something as simple as put a rubber plug or silicone sealer in a hole in the roof of a Toyota Tacoma in a Toyota roof channel under a Toyota Tacoma roof rack you have proven you do not care about your customers or your product.

I meet a lot of people everyday. I meet people from all over the world as well as here in the Seattle area. Tomorrow alone I will have meetings which will include 75 or 80 people at a time. Because of this experience, and my complete repulsion of a technician who would walk away from a brand new product knowing the issues water damage creates, I will take every opportunity to tell people that the service department at Michael Toyota is horrible and they would be better off paying less money for higher quality service anywhere else. I will also remind them that the service department is a reflection of the product and Toyota quality is clearly slipping if Toyota of Bellevue is the example of service. Clearly Toyota of Bellevue is completely incompetent and could not care less about their product or customer.

I want to further point out that your technician, "Eddie" who could not identify a Toyota Tacoma roof rack on a Toyota Tacoma, did claim to have rotated the tires on my Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO which, in fact, are "after market" as I have snow tires and wheels, with less then 3000 miles, on my Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO right now. I will put the original Toyota bead lockers wheels and tires that came on the TRD PRO back on now that ski season is over. Then Eddie would call them "After Market" wheels and tires and refuse to rotate them. I actually do not believe Eddie did rotate the tires, but the paperwork implies he did. He clearly did not identify the wheels and tires as "after market" because he is incompetent and can not identify Toyota parts. Well If the Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO is a Toyota!

I will now do what Eddie is too incompetent to do. I will take the Toyota Tacoma Roof Rack off the Toyota Tacoma it came on and I will fill in the holes that came in the Toyota Tacoma, from the factory. Holes your technician "Eddie" is too incompetent to fill in. I am likely far more competent at a human being and auto mechanic then Eddie will ever dream of being and filling in holes under the roof rack will not be much of a challenge; well except for Eddie and the rest of you incompetents at Toyota of Bellevue.

I will also write to Toyota of America and explain to them that Toyota of Bellevue is intentionally allowing cars to leave without being properly repaired. Let them know that Toyota of Bellevue is perfectly happy with Toyota products that leak and Toyota of Bellevue is not capable of identifying Toyota products. I will ask them why Toyota of Bellevue is not capable of identifying the parts The Toyota Company of America has allowed Toyota of Bellevue to represent.

Have a very incompetent day, but then you clearly always do,

Recently my Toyota Rav 4 was recalled because of an oil problem. I went to my dealer and they said to ride around for another thousand miles and bring it back. I did. When they checked under the hood they told me I had a gasket problem that had to be fixed before they could check the recall. They gave me a price of $200.00 plus to fix the gasket problem and told me they could not do anything until I fixed the problem and that I came in with 80 miles over the thousand. I checked with my mechanic and was told there were no problems with either gaskets timing chain or valve gasket. I have gone there on several occasions when they told me they would rotate the tires and didn't as we marked the tires. They installed a cabinet filter and billed me for it even if I did not ask for it. The glove compartment opened continuously as it was not installed properly. I have had Toyota for years, in fact we are a Toyota family 8 to be exact. I am hurt and angry knowing that Toyota tries to manipulate the customer to buy something they do not need. I will do anything to pass this along to my family and friends as I do not want anyone else to go through the same aggravation as I have had the last seven years at this Toyota Dealer

I spoke to a wonderful representative, Pat, who helped me with an ongoing problem of not being able to get through to Toyota Financial Services. I do not have an active account and was trying to get a copy of the lien release. She transferred me to a "live" person at Toyota Financial Services. Pat facilitated the process that has taken 3 months to complete.

I just replaced my headlights (cost $180) on my 2008 Prius @ 80K miles, and 2 weeks later the lights are alternately and periodically turning off. Response from Toyota is to pay $550 at a dealer for new bulbs and installation (where the bumper needs to be removed). Similar to windshield wipers & tires, I do not think it is in any way reasonable that I should have to go to a mechanic to replace my front headlights. Malfunctioning headlight technology is a serious safety issue. I will be following up with Senior Management at Toyota on this issue. In the meantime, I refuse to go to a dealer (or other mechanic) to pay for this additional work, and will just avoid driving at night (glad the days are getting longer!!).

Using Chrome-Windows 7-Explorer 8
I cannot get the Toyota build and price feature on the website to work for the 2016 Prius 3.
What is the problem as I have been trying off and on since early January?

When want to see packages such as Solar Moonroof etc..it says No Packages Available.
When get to summary and click on packages edit, it says says No Packages Available.

Does not show specs..such as Lithium Battery being on the Prius 3 etc

Previously I could add packages, see the final price with packages etc but CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE..WHY?

Then the same web site has current inventory data out of date still showing 2015 Prius

MY 2010 Toyota Prius has paint peeling off the driver passenger side door, Toyota says its their paint but its out of warranty, ( 5 YEARS OLD) its obviously defective paint I find this hard to believe that its a warranty issue, I have owned many cars this is my first Toyota and my last, I have called national headquarters and was told "to bad it happens" NEVER BUY TOYOTA!! I am telling everyone. I might even write it on my door with the paint peeling OFF! If anyone wants to see my car I will be glad to send a pic!
