The worst service in customer relations ( located in the Philippines) who provide only excuses as to what possibly happened to an item ordered a week ago and have not received any information on its delivery to a local Sears store for pickup.
There is no "supervisor" on duty and there is no number here in the United States where more information is available.Knowing how many Sears stores are here in the US you would think that you could talk to someone in corporate headquarters. Not the case!!!!
Sears may be closing stores and reorganizing but that is no excuse for leaving their customers " out in the cold".

finally after all the phones call and cancellation event had a confirmation number ,someone name raymond tell me that rest assure that the return will be restore on the sears account in 24 to 48 hrs it being awful try to return on the store, call customer service, the distribution center ,the delivery center, the credit card dept , and nothing happend someone said i will send you e mail in 1 hr ,the email never came , the confirmation number was not event there , they say the phone was not in their records ,but it is in the receipt ,I am tired , angry and so over ,I never so it could be this way with something that I never pick up . a very awful experience and for sure I will never event think of use this credit card again if you can not afford do not buy it .randy senecal

I will make this brief and to the point. I have been a long time Sears customer as well as a supporter of our
President. I am very concerned that Sears has made a political statement by removing the Trump clothing line. It seems that you are just another retail store which has fallen victim to the PC culture. I would like to remind you that is people like me, part of the middle class working people of America, who shop in your stores and most likely not those who have of applied this pressure on your company. I ask you to please reconsider your decision. I would also appreciate it if whoever gets this email would forward itto the appropriate persons in charge.

Gentlemen,

Last week I ordered a double stack Washer and Dryer at Sears Outlet in Naples, Florida.

At time of purchase I was told that I need to purchase a new dryer vent as well as a new prawn cable. Nobody asked me at that time what prawn I have in my house a 3 or 4 prawn. I would have known anyhow, unfortunately I am Real Estate Broker and untrained in electric and plumbing work. I didn�t even know that there is a difference.

This morning the washer/dryer was delivered with the wrong prawn. I was told by the delivery crew & installer that they not allowed to take the old one and that they can�t install the washer, furthermore that I had to call the store to exchange the prawn and that Sears has delivery days such and such days. They are not allowed to take the old cable but the old dryer vent which they attached since the dryer vent was wrong as well. I assumed that your sales persons are properly trained at your Sears Facilities. I had to learn the hard way that I was wrong and that Sears expect the customer to be trained in such appliances and equipment purchase.

Though I called Sears Outlet in Naples where I purchased the washer dryer last Saturday. Your untrained sales person told me that this is my responsibility I should have told them at the time of purchase what prawn I have. I repeat the salesperson told me that I need to purchase a new cable and dryer vent hose. He did not ask me if I need a 3 or 4 prawn. If he all this trouble could have been prevented, because I would have gone home to check it out to then give the sales person the right information. But why take the easy way when you can give the customer a hard time and ruin their day. I hang up and called customer Service to complaint. I talked to who arranged after a long discussion how this should be handled that the Naples Sears Outlet Store will deliver the right cable to my home within 2 hours. I told Carl that I will charge Sears $ 50 per hour I had to wait here, the first hours past already.

Let me make very clear that I will file a credit card dispute if Sears is not compensating me for my troubles; further more I will send my Sears Credit Card back to Sears after 16 years of relationship.

I purchased a dryer for my florida condo in December 2014. It was installed in January 2015. My old dryer removed and new one installed. However the old vent wasn't removed and used on my new machine. The old vent is not acceptable and can cause fires. It is the aluminum foil type. I only use my dryer two months out of the year and clothes were taking a long time to dry. On top of that i noticed water under my machine. I pulled out machine to see if hose was disconnected and felt a wetness and small hole which expanded on further investigation. I was informed of the potential danger caused by such venting material which would not be covered by insurance. I called sears and they scheduled a repair appointment which will cost me $79.00 for service' plus diagnostics and parts. I feel this is unfair because i paid for installation that was not done correctly. Now i am without use of my dryer for a week out of my 2 months here. I tried to rectify this by phone but was given the run around. Luckily there was no serious damage but i am very displeased. Your website makes it difficult to register a complaint. I hope someone reads this and acknowledges my concerns.

I was shopping for shoes this evening at sears Glenbrook from 6:20-6:40 as were 4 other customers. There was nobody in sight to assist us. After walking around the department looking and tempted to walk in the stockroom for a good 15 minutes I went to another department asking the gentleman if anyone worked in shoes. He said they were supposed to and paged someone to come to shoes. Another 7 minutes passed by and I told the man who paged for me that I was going to Penneys. He offered to call a manager and I said don't bother. I had waited long enough!!!! I bought the shoes at Penneys.

I have been trying for 12 hours to speak to someone about a complaint I have with your customer service. I would like to talk with someone not for repair or to place an order but to file a complaint WHY is it so dam hard to do this?

Been trying all day to get answer on a problem with Assurlink website. Been bounced around to different number everyone telling me they don't deal with that problem. One person told me I had to buy a kit for the opener which isn't true. it came with the door opener. At this point I'm ready to uninstall the opener and take it back.

For 10 years I've had my oil changed at sears auto store Provo Utah. However I ALWAYS for 10 years every 3000 miles provided a Mobil 1 filter. When we bought our 2011 Camarillo same thing every 3000 miles. Today I'm told NO WAY WE DONT INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS. Its not a part, It's a stinking oil filter. I've been coming to Sears for over 10 years, and a guy that's worked there now just six months is driving me away. What a deal. I can't believe I'm being driven away over an oil filter of My choice VS the sears options. So be it. And to think of how many people I told "Sears has great auto service" NO MORE.

Problem started even before delivery was made. Truck arrived 1/2 hour before my info indicated it would be. As they unwrapped in the driveway- I saw the door would be opening on the left, instead of the right as I asked. They were quick to tell me I had to call "office' I asked them to let me clean the floor before bringing in the new--they" couldn't take the time" for that. They asked me to sign for the delivery and hastened away. These young men were, in my opinion, rude and insensitive to the elderly woman that I am. When I called to request help to change the door, "Mabel" was very helpful and respectful ,giving me a date for service to come

I am absolutely APPALLED that Sears has no integrity,no consideration whatsoever for their customers. They cannot possibly be surprised that Sears is going down the tubes. They deserve worse ! They USED to be an honorable store that had INTEGRITY ! Now, they could care less than less about honesty ethics or integrity because they know Sears is extinct. I will be the first person cheering when Sears goes bankrupt they deserve what they sow !!
The CEO doesn't have the balls to respond either because it doesn't line his pockets !

Hello, my name is Teresa, I will never shop at Sears again. I purchased a headboard for my new adjustable bed and was assured by salesperson Eric that if I bought the headboard attachments from another company for $91.00 that Sears delivery guys would attach the separate headboard to my bed, well after wasting my time on three different occasions the delivery guy said he could not attach the heard board to my bed. I called and complained the store manager refunded me my delivery fee, but now I just want Sears to take back this headboard and refund my money, due to the fact Sears salesperson lied to me just to make the sale, but yet again this seem like an impossible task for them to do; I will never shop here again and I will tell others about my experience.

Hello, my name is Janeth Center. I purchased a total of $3,806.62 on cyber Monday, . My bank denied this transaction thinking it was a fraudulent charge because Sears entered multiple charges for the same transaction.. I have called the online customer care twice and was hung up on once and the second time the individual stated she would call me back in one hour, as I write this complaint it has been over that time frame she gave me. Sears did not call me to tell me the transaction did not go through, I have called my bank to let them know this is not a fraudulent charge. I would like to purchase these items at the original price I was quoted on Cyber Monday. Please let me know how to move forward with this transaction.

A Sears Delivery truck was speeding in Bay Ridge on 74 Street and 4th Ave this morning at 10:14 AM. I was crossing with the light on 4th Ave. when the truck sped fast up to 5th Ave and almost hit me. I am an older person but thank God I heard him whoosh by and sped up to 5th Ave without looking for pedestrients walking. No,police were Round at that time. Please look into this for other persons safety .
He was coming fast around the corner on 4Th Ave and never looked for those crossing.

I have been to my Sears store for the past two days to buy a lawn tractor. There is no one in the department. Seems Sears has all the business they need. I would like to purchase one of the Pro series tractors and it is even on display but no one there to take my money. WHAT IS GOING ON ??? What should I do to buy your products? Not sure if I should try a third time. There is even a sale going on so I could save some money on the purchase. What purchase? I live in Tuscaloosa Alabama, where else should I shop? I have going after work around 5:00PM. I have already spent enough time and gas money to go out of town to shop. Just thought you should know!!!

I am very disappointed with Sears. I bought a dishwasher on Sept. 29th received it on October 22 it was defective so I was told a new one would be ordered . I went on November 5th but none was ordered so the salesman went downstairs and said he ordered one and it would be in November 17th . I went back to the store and was told to pay again to order a new one since the defective one was still in my house . I have tried 3 timer to resolve this problem. The first person I talked to said that it can be reordered but delivery would be December 5 or once they have the machine it will take 7-10 days to get my money back. I called back to have them get the replacement I was put on hold and then disconnected without knowing if the order was issued,not once but twice. I am not going to have a dishwasher for Thanksgiving okay but I don't know if it's going to be delivered on December 5! This is not the way to treat paying customers. I paid cash for this dishwasher and this is how I was treated.

i tried to exchange a shirt today in sears for size . my receipt was over 30 days old but i was not asking for anything more than a size change. i was told NO . nothing they can do. i recently purchased a washer and dryer and also picked up a microwave today. through the years i cannot tell you how many appliances we have purchased at sears . my husband also was employed by them. today was the end of my ever spending another penny in there. this is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. too many other good stores out there. i truly believe sears days are numbered and it cant happen soon enough.

Tried to return a pair of pants exactly 34 days after purchase. Mind you I would have taken in store credit. Talked to assistant manager, manager. Called customer service. I was told it was not any of there problems or concern. Absolutely no returns after 30 days. Thank god there are lots of other retailers that still believe customer service is # 1. Every person I talked to with Sears was rude , condescending, and definitely not concerned with customer satisfaction. Sears has been slipping with customer satisfaction, for the last few years. I believe Sears will no longer exist within the next 2 to 3 years. I will never recommend anyone do any business with Sears.

You lost a $3500 sale today.



Sears promised to deliver a LG washer and dryer today - 15 November. Purchase and delivery was arranged two weeks ago. Texts from Sears arrived yesterday and today confirming delivery between 3 & 5 PM. I call delivery customer service and they tell the items will not arrive until 5 December. I then receive an automated phone call at 5pm telling me the same bad news. I go to the store and the sales rep stated the system is not reliable when it comes to LG and Samsung units.
