I am very disappointed with Sears. I bought a dishwasher on Sept. 29th received it on October 22 it was defective so I was told a new one would be ordered . I went on November 5th but none was ordered so the salesman went downstairs and said he ordered one and it would be in November 17th . I went back to the store and was told to pay again to order a new one since the defective one was still in my house . I have tried 3 timer to resolve this problem. The first person I talked to said that it can be reordered but delivery would be December 5 or once they have the machine it will take 7-10 days to get my money back. I called back to have them get the replacement I was put on hold and then disconnected without knowing if the order was issued,not once but twice. I am not going to have a dishwasher for Thanksgiving okay but I don't know if it's going to be delivered on December 5! This is not the way to treat paying customers. I paid cash for this dishwasher and this is how I was treated.
