Tried to return a pair of pants exactly 34 days after purchase. Mind you I would have taken in store credit. Talked to assistant manager, manager. Called customer service. I was told it was not any of there problems or concern. Absolutely no returns after 30 days. Thank god there are lots of other retailers that still believe customer service is # 1. Every person I talked to with Sears was rude , condescending, and definitely not concerned with customer satisfaction. Sears has been slipping with customer satisfaction, for the last few years. I believe Sears will no longer exist within the next 2 to 3 years. I will never recommend anyone do any business with Sears.
