I cannot find a payment address. All I want to do is pay my bill, but I can't find an address. I do not have time to sit on hold for hours for a simple question that should be addressed on their website.

Chase currently has an offer for 0% balance transfers for 15 months with NO transfer fee. Goodbye regions bank.

Inept idiots. 61/2 hrs to try to activate my new card and it still is not done. Closing the acct.

After attempting for days to reach a person on the phone and being put on hold for hours, I decided I don't need this level of horrid customer service. I don't need Regions Bank's Visa card and they obviously do not need me.

I will no longer try to get through to them to cancel this horrid card. I will just cut it up and let the expiration date cancel it for me. Never have I been subjected to such an awful level of customer service. I hope they go out of business, and I'm sure they will, as more and more of their clients tell them to push it where the sun doesn't shine. What an awful business.

They have it set up now so you HAVE to open a Regions checking account to pay your credit card bill online. You can not pay with another banks account. You have to pay by phone ($20 charge)or go into a Regions branch. They have taken a step back to 1982.

The credit card transition has been a nightmare. With FIA I had on line banking yet after 2 LONG phone calls Regions still seems unable to help me set it up my online account. They never have sent a paper bill and said I must call to pay my bill on the phone. Of course after 20 min on hold I had to hang up. Once this credit card is paid off I will NEVER use the card again because I do not want to support this bank in any way since they clearly have no intention to support their users.

Do not use this bank! You have heard this, now you know! Don't risk anything with an account at this bank. RUN AWAY!!!! Any minor problem takes hours to resolve, even a visit to a local branch did not solve anything. Account has been active for over 20 years and customer service acts like you should jump through hoops to solve anything which should be a very easy process. You frequently have to wait more than 30 minutes for a rep, then absolutely nothing is accomplished. You email customer service, then you get a pass the buck reply to call another phone number. Online website is misleading and sometimes your credit card will be shown there, then all of a sudden---bam....it's gone, not even shown, nothing, no links, no explanation, nothing! NOT a way to run a business. DO NOT recommend this bank! BEWARE!

The credit card transition has been completey ridiculous. How is it possible for a company with this many resources to roll out a transition of this magnitude without providing adequate service to its customers? I have spent over 6 hours trying to set up my new Regions Visa card online. That includes three hours on the phone (most of it on hold) and 2 1/2 hours at a branch. As soon as this mess is cleaned up I will change to Wells Fargo.

The time you wait to talk with someone is just unbelieveable!! This is not customer service when you wait and wait and wait. I still have yet to talk with someone. I have to now go to the bank in person. I am going to take my money out!!!!!!!!!!

I called Regions customer service to ask a simple question about our credit card statement. I was on hold for 2 hours & 15 minutes. I finally had to hang up because I needed to use the restroom. I have never been on hold this long to ask a credit card question, and just got madder with each minute that passed. Terrible Customer Service.

I am absolutely disgusted with Regions Bank automative phone service. Since they took over their credit card payments earlier this week, I have had ZERO luck in getting a payment made. I spent a ridiculous amount of time in the past 2 days TRYING to get a payment made. I waited on the phone for an HOUR tonight and finally got a person on the phone. She said she could not accept a phone payment and I would have to call back during their office hours. I mean COME ON!!!! I am going to transfer my balance to Bank of America tomorrow. This is excusable. Way to keep customers! NOT!!!

Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I hope this helps you improve. It is almost impossible to speak to a live person, and if I get lucky enough to reach one, it is because I have spent a good long time going through your automated agendas, or on hold. I am considering switching banks.

Customer Service... doesn't exist at this bank. I have been working with the Coral Gables branch trying to close a loan for a client! The Loan officer BJ doesn't return calls, the staff doesn't return calls, the manager of the loan department doesn't return calls. I don't know how they get away with it. We would be out of business. I will never suggest a buyer apply for a loan there!

I MONEY THROUGH WESTERN UNION OPTION ON MY ACCOUNT TO MY COUSIN IN QATAR AND I SENT HIM THE MTCN NUMBER GIVEN TO ME ON REGIONS AND MY COUSIN TOLD ME HE DIDN'T GET THE MONEY AND WHEN I TRACKED ON THE WESTERNUNION WEBSITE ..IT SAYS THE TRANSACTION WAS CANCELLED ..AND I TRIED TO LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT IT WON'T LET ME IN ..I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..ITS SUCKS .. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED

Just to let you people know, the branch that opens your account is responsible for the relationship, so if you have a problem, they will be the best to help, I had problems in the past and they helped me, I love my branch, and yes unfortunatelly they charged from the largest to smallest, just like many other banks.

the pound key thing doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating when I want to talk to a real person and all the menu does is give me the run around and I can never get through to anyone.

Regions Bank has charged me overdraft fees almost every 2 weeks for the past 3 years...they are putting my transactions through from largest to smallest and telling me that is how they have always done it. I know the only way to get a live person on the phone is to press the button to open a new loan or line of credit...I figured this out last year. I will be switching banks soon...as soon as I pay off a loan they talked me into getting that voided out my overdraft coverage :[

Regions Bank have lowered themselves to become Liars & thieves they intentionally changed the date on my bill pay without my knowledge for the sole purpose of stealing overdraft fees knowing full well that my check would be in the next day. This is outright stealing. They have to be about to fall to pull such obvious crap I suggest everyone take your money out before its too late. I have repeatedly told them not to change the date at one time they caused one of my accounts to be paid late because they changed it to go out to late all are to be paid on the 3rd of the month not floating dates. it should be noted that I opted out of the overdraft the first day I was allowed and my account still says so but they changed that at their end anyway its deliberate theft on Regions bank's part.

OK! so does anyone know how to REALLY get a live person to speak with, from Regions Bank? I've gone through the press 1 thing and there is NO option for speaking to a live human being, despite what it says on the website. So I looked for "Branch information" and what I get it is the same 800 automated number FOR EVERY BRANCH. Looks like I'll have to go up to the branch nearest me and deal with the situation in person. So convenient. Just what you want in the bank that has all of your money in it: no response, and nobody at the switch, on the other end of the phone.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I can't call my own bank. I've had accounts at Regions for many years, and it is literally impossible to call a specific branch. Their local phone numbers just forward you to their corporate answering machine, and you still don't get to talk to a person. I'm going to switch my money over to someone who actually cares about me.

first of all for those of you who keep commenting on regions being a small local bank, they definately are not. and for my complaint, i am self employed with a small business and have been fighting for every penny i can get to stay in business, and came home to see if a check had been deposited into my account today, only to find out that they had imposed a new $15 fee to my account because my "free business checking account" now has to have a minimum $2000 balance. i left my previous bank when i went into business for myself because they had so many locations. they have closed many of those now and it seems like every few months i find out about some new fee, for my "free account" i am so over this bank and will be changing banks this week.

these morons have been calling my work number asking for someone who does not work here for 1 year. Each time I tell them she does not work here, they say okay we will take this number out of the system. They turn around and call the next days. IDIOTS !!

Had fraud on our acct. The fraud dept closed our acct, opened up a new acct but has not transferred the money from the old acct to the new. My phones are getting shut off today, cable is off, next to go is our power and water. Less than $5 in my pocket. The branch will not return our phone calls. We have to drive to the branch and sit, that is the only way that we can speak to anyone. Then they treat us rude like we are inconviencing them. I am sooooo over this bank. This has happened twice. I was out of town last time in a city and was left with no card to use and no way to have access to any money...........money that was mine.

The people at customer service were great, but the online system itself is terrible. It has been incredibly hard for me to set up an online login.
