Icalled and was told I would have to pay$10 to get the phone no.for a Panasonic repair facility. I objected I have never heard of being charged to get a phone no. with in the same co. You need to fire those Mexicans and get some white people to answer your phone Richard F Austin

I was experiencing the same !!! Very annoyed also. After going through customer service which actually you have to ask for customer support was a joy (not) !I got a number for repair, very nice gentleman in technical support . Sean was very understanding and gave me this .I hope it helps someone else !!!! By the way When automated answering service you have to ask for customer support 3xs.to talk to a Human !I felt like Dorthy!!

Very poor service. Still can't get through. Disconnected several times. Rude chat personal.takes forever to answer after you type. Have no knowledge of my claim number. Tv isn't even 90 days old. No call back like they said if get disconnected. Repeat myself over and over just to do it again with each person because there's no record I exist. I'm exhausted and will stick with my old school televisions!

Your customer service is so bad I will never buy another of your products. I have been routed and rerouted through you phone service at least 5 times, getting nowhere.

I bought phones 9/6 and am dissatisfied. Next time I'll get ATT.

Is there a HUMAN PERSON I can talk to? I tried the horrible automated voice thing and always tell them I need help with the Panasonic heater and fan (and the product number) but the system doesn't accept that and I keep on getting rerouted to the automated voice again and again. Incredibly FRUSTRATING! Is there a NUMBER where I can actually talk to a HUMAN?

After the 2nd attempt with the automated phone system was greeted by a tech who I could hardly hear.

My TV problem was resolved but if the FAQ included a link to a knowledge base it would have been much easier

Impossible to get a real person. Voicemail Hell. Can not believe it. Just spent 9.95 for a call and now I can not get them back as the "fix" did not work. How do I get a real person???????????

Well, I guess I got lucky. I was able to get through to a live person who helped me with my new Panasonic land line set including guiding me through the steps so that my cell will ring on my home phone. It was a little tricky getting to him and I did have to say "customer service" a lot until I did get to the "phone" product area. The tech couldn't have been nicer or more patient. So hang in there and choose your words carefully!!

I am so discusted and crying so hard, I am lying here in my bed with a 2 inch whole in my stomach. It took me over an hour to get a live person to talk to, then he hung up on me. I am very disappointed in your services , especially trying to talk to someone in person, I am totally befutuled and I loved the last phone , I bought 2 of them , 1 for me , 1 for my mom , then mine started not working, I bought them on HSN I think , one of those, I couldn't find the same phone, I went to Best Buy. I got the Panasonic KX-TGE263 and gave it a try, I always use speaker phone , because I'm very sick, I can not hear on it, even my husband has to hold it up to his ear. I was crying to your representative, and he did not seem to care at all. It actually felt like he was laughing at my disability. I'm very upset, and disappointed in your company and who you have to represent you. I was calling to see if I could get the phone I originally had , that I loved, before I got hung up on. I was crying so hard, I know we didn't get cut off, it wasn't a mistake, it was intentional.

Your Service & Automated Answering Customersoooooo Horrendous!!! You Tell People To Say Customer Service 3 Times Only That's Impossible!!! If You Think I'm Yelling Because I'm Using All Caps You Are Right.how Is A Person Supposed To Get Help To Use Your Product Without Any One To Help!!! I Might As Well Take This Phone Set Back To The Store & Buy A Different Brand That Has Decent Customer Service.

I could not get to a human being to follow up on a case number. I kept getting looped through your automated system. I tried the insistent press 0 strategy and was sent to a non-working number. Your support "sucks".

I don;'t like to talk with computers as I am not a techie. I wanted help with voicemail on a new phone. Each and every time I was transferred to your computer talker. So your service was worthless. I am returning your product and will buy something else from a different manufacturer. I don't believe you for a moment that any information I give you about myself will remain confidential, so you don't get my email address.

Good afternoon,
I have tried to contact your service dept several time, and the automated voicemail continues to repeat the same message with no direction. I have been unable to speak with anyone.
I recently purchased a cordless phone at Best Buy on June 10th. I went into the store on Sat, July 2nd to return, and I was told I had to contact you directly for assistance. This NEW phone has a lot of static and frequently my call/conversation is interrupted by the noise. The Unit is KXTGD223 PLEASE ADVISE WHAT STEPS I NEED TO TAKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND TO RETURN THIS UNIT. THANK YOU

My microwave over, Model NN-SN6615 is not cooking properly, is very loud, and the outside of the oven get very, very hot when cooking. The microwave is 15 months old and was purchased at Best Buy. I have unplugged it and am not using it because I am afraid of fire. What do I do?
It is impossible to reach someone in the Panasonic Service Department.
I need help.

how do you set phone bill to give names as to who is calling. I have tried putting names and numbersin. I do not know how to space or move okver to next letter.

How can panasonic decide which phone number to display on voller id i have afew nfriends oversea and cannot know who is calling us we should maybe file sclass action Since one of the phone feature is caller i.d.iwill never buy any product related to panasoniiccompanies

I was thinking about purchasing a panasonic product. My phone experience in trying to ask a simple question was no less than awful.
I will not be purchasing this panasonic product based on the fact that I cannot get to a human being no matter what phone number I call!

I am really annoyed that I have to pay $26 to have a question answered that should be in your manual. Forget about Panasonic products like big screen TVs if you can't answer a question for a phone system.
