do not buy from this company -- no support, computer run-around, charge for information not a good company, just a waste of time trying to get simple info - VERY ANGRY

I am so done with this company. Getting tech help on one of their products is like taking blood out of a stone. The manual was a little sketchy if my new cordless would work with my cable modem. I wanted to know before I unpacked everything techs' answer was plug it in if it works it's good if not then it won't and their chat wasn't working either
I bought Panasonic phones (set of 5) The women's recorded voice mispronounces so much that I'm thing of going back to V-Tech! The pronunciation is absolutely terrible. Can't say Washington DC or McCarville for example. Please correct. Will never buy product again till much improved. Thank you.
When I called with a problem regarding with my call block feature I was asked if I had another number that I could use while I would be assisted in correcting problem I gave number and I am still waiting for a call back from Brandon the rep. I hope this was not because they could not be charge me $9.99. This is my last Panasonic purchase.
Called customer support about my parents new Panasonic phone. Just wanted to ask a few simple questions and they said they need them to send an E-Mail or Fax of receipt before they will help and there is a $9.99 service fee if it is not a now phone. Taking the phone back since I can't get customer service to help for free after buying there product. Very disappointed.
I have a problem with a ceiling/fan. I've tried calling for tech support with no luck.
I am a contractor that installs between 6-8 ceiling fans a year, but now I'm having a problem with an older one.
I think I'll be looking at Nutone a little bit more closer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I'LL NEVER BUY PANASONIC AGAIN. BROKEN CAMERA THAT THEY CAN'T/WON'T FIX.
They've had my camera over 2 months and they don't contact me, I have to call and be frustrated every time because they keep asking me "what's wrong with it" My answer is that it won't take photographs, but apparently that answer isn't what they want.

Your service help after purchasing your product is atrocious. I used to have a SONY camera and always got excellent help and had no trouble getting a live person to get assistance. With your phone number I can't even get a live person no matter how hard I tried. Send this to your upper management! I am sorry I purchased your product and will never purchase another Panasonic product again. Have you not yet realized that you must provide decent service or your sales will plummet!!!
I have a Panasonic telephone base Model # KX-TGEA20 with 2 side stations . the base was today connected directly into my router for now "wiresless" function for bbetter clearity. Sins I lost my base downstairs in my kitchen I purchased another Panasonic phone and base at Walmart
That Model # is KX-TG3680 When I plugged it in it does not pick up the wireless signal from the existing system.
Are they not compettable ? What do I have to do ? Bring it back Walmart ? I need an extra charging station in my kitchen .Please advise
